I liked how nice looking and comfortable our room was. The parking was easy to find and the elevator was very quick to arrive every time we needed it.

The television signal was inconsistent. I was billed for wifi access despite using my Bonvoy membership to activate 'free' wifi. My attempts to resolve the billing error have not been responded to promptly.

There’s no pool don’t believe what you hear on Hotels.com or other websites. We thought that there was a pool here because we read it somewhere but they do not have a pool. It’s a nice stay but a little bit older hotel you can tell by some minor wear and tear and the age of the rooms. Overall 3/5

Very clean and spacious. The Buffett for breakfast was great. The staff were very responsive and attentive. Ariel/Arial at the front desk was phenomenal. Give her a raise.
