The staff was attentive. I was surprised that the dining room was closed at 1.00 pm on Sunday but I was able to make other arrangements for lunch.

Breakfast was great Roon - heather too loud. Couldn't get to curtains without climbing on furniture. Service at bar slow. Brought us wrong bottle of wine

The hotel is a bit old but in general very good, the spa in great the gym as well, rooms as spacious and bed super confortable. Could need a refreshment

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. What a great hotel in midtown. The only downside was housekeeping kept coming to my room asking me was I checking out. They ask me this the day I arrived and the morning I departed.

location in midtown is excellent, close to many points of interest facility is tired 1990s look. rooms have old-style carpet and bathrooms have no water pressure at all. property could benefit from some capital improvements.

Room amenities were convenient. Very comfortable and clean room. Location was perfect for our trip, since we were going to the Fox theater and also the aquarium.
