AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Midtown

6th Floor outdoor pool terrace and bar were good. Front desk and bar staff were great. Spacious room, good front view of city. Guest laudry/washing machine really handy. Whole food store end of block. Aircon control good. For 8 nights expected room to be cleaned, counter tops and floors in bathroom and bedroom, but this seemed to be skimmed by. Price of wine at the pool bar was ridiculous!

Good location everything walking distance and very convenient. Literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel anything you can think of is right in the area walking distance. Don’t have anything bad to say I just know I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel seems modern and fairly new; however, the fact that it shares the same footprint with the Moxie Hotel made it sometimes complicated in navigating elevators and other common areas. The door card allowing ingress and egress throughout the property was difficult at times, leaving us feeling stranded in the pool area and unable to get to our room (eventually worked….takes patience). The pull-off area in front of the hotel to use when checking in was way too small….everyone arriving for 3pm check-in was stuck in that drive for a bit and even out into the street, as check-in was slow. Other than that, it was a comfortable accommodation, in good shape, and in a very convenient location (next door to the Four Seasons hotel).

All the things that were rated on the previous page. At check in at 8:30 pm, we waited in line for 42 minutes. There was only one person. Finally a second came to help. We made it to breakfast 10 min before it closed. No eggs, fruit a little depleted. And the staff was taking everything away , even the coffee. The room charge wasn’t working on two occasions. Once at rooftop bar and at breakfast. We had to run back and get a credit card.

They threw out my clothes and were excited about the new protocol to throw stuff out left behind.

Staff De Angelo and Alexis went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we requested feather pillows, these were provided with no hesitation. They are a big reason I will always stay here when I visit my son in college. N/a

The hotel never transferred my deposit back to my account I would like my $400 back from the deposit

The location and cleanliness. The food manager was exceptional! The front desk was slow and someone wasn’t always there. There was not a bell to notify the front desk we were there. It seemed vacant at times

The location is excellent. The hotel is modern and is beautiful. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

My only concern was the parking. They use a very expensive third party parking system
