I went for a bday staycation. Customer service was great shout out to Latrell and Aaron specifically. Room decor was outdated but very clean. Pool was closed but they offered access across the street. The gym was really small but overall good stay.

Will stay again

Every thing was good except parking was so expensive
-
Always a joy staying here.

Just a beautiful place to stay

There were a few challenges with the amenities at this property, specifically the pool was closed and both of the Pelotons in the gym were not working. However, they offered access to a pool at a nearby hotel if you wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and property were nice. Breakfast was great! Location was fantastic right in midtown very close to Marta and Piedmont park. Will stay again!

Main complaint is the stains on some of the furniture in our room. We booked a midtown view suite. View was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. Big shower was cool. BUT, on both the sofa and the green chair near the bathroom, there were obvious stains on the upholstery. Wife and I are well travelled and generally don’t make a fuss so we didn’t say anything during our stay but the sofa and chair should be flagged by house keeping and probably replaced.

Overall I wish this was a better experience
-
We were not notified ahead of time that the pool would not be open. When we checked in, we were informed and then said we could cancel if we wish.
-
Great service and clean facilities
-
The staff was extremely efficient and we were very impressed! The location was perfect for attending the Peachtree road race.
-
The window curtains are not black out which is a standard hotel expectation. The AC did not seem to cool properly. Also, the bartender continued to cough into her hands while making drinks on the night that we arrived.

Very nice
-
As usual and expected great service and hospitality from the very first person to greet you, Aaron helping me with my bags to the front desk Venice and then to top the evening off and the amazing bar lounge in the lobby Dante with his continued excellent service at the bar as always, they are my 3 favorite people when I travel thanks again and as usual, I will be back. !!!!

The staff was polite and the room was great however the pool was closed which was a huge disappointment. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel so our kids(6 & 7) could swim. If we would have been notified that the pool was closed we would have booked somewhere else. We didn't find out about the pool until check-in.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
-
Great place, great location
-
Very convenient close to Marta station with plenty of bars and eateries close by
-
During our stay the pool was unavailable and we were told we could use another hotel’s pool, which was kinda of a bummer and didn’t really give us an intention to want to do that. On another note, The parking was abysmal. Either pay $75 for valet or use the public parking that would also be around $60. Please next time having an affiliate with that parking garage so that way you can help your hotel guests get them a discount or validated.

Tropical leaves paint in Lobby, decor, and a server over our breakfast visits were probably the best thing about that place. Her name is Hannah! She’s wonderful. Parking.
