Had a great stay The Starling - Definitely a PARTY vibe on a Saturday night, but zero disruption to my sleep up on the 14th floor. The rooms were clean, well stocked and super comfortable. Didnt love the room service- it took forever, the breakfast options were limited but if I wanted something better I really could have dragged my lazy butt out of bed and gone downstairs! The staff was great (particularly Venice at check in!) Would definitely visit again!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and the front desk staff were great. The only complaint I have is that the shower did not have a closing door, only a glass panel closest to the shower head. This caused the bathroom to flood anytime I tried to shower. Other than that, excellent!

The hotel itself was very beautiful, staff were friendly & location is perfect! However, our shower in our assigned room was very dirty, and the towels had a really bad smell. Didn’t help that the bathroom had no vents neither. Our shower was also not draining which not only was frustrating but disgusting bc like mentioned before, it was dirty so there was a lot of dirt just floating up to the surface. We had called to have the shower serviced & he came in only with a screwdriver, not a snake or equipment for proper drainage & stated everything was working which it indeed wasn’t. Again, the next morning, we informed the staff for help & it seems like they did come; though we were not there at the time & it did get better but was very slow & still dirty (housekeeping came but did not clean shower). There was also a ceiling leak at the gym for 2 of the days we were there. We were only there for 3 days, 2 night. The pool was not in service but they did give us like a “voucher” to be able to use the pool at another hotel which we felt was pretty good compromise, though we didn’t have intention of using. If it weren’t for the whole shower/gym inconveniences, honestly, we would be giving 5 stars.
