Easy to get in and out which is helpful when visiting downtown ATL. Hotel property and rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. Not an issue at all!! Would go back for sure.

Only stayed for one night this time but the front desk upgraded our room as my husband and I were celebrating my 60th birthday. Everything was perfect and breakfast was delicious.

The staff were incredible, the hotel was really special and we really couldn’t thank everyone enough for how we were hosted. Also the check in was the simplest I’ve had in a while. It took moments and we were in our room. The room was fantastic.

They have ALOT of events in the lobby area which can be overwhelming when trying to get to the elevators to get to your room

Absolutely perfect stay! We actually had planned to stay at the Four Seasons but a friend recommended Loews & it was 10 minutes from the place we had dinner so we said what the heck.. let's just grab a room. From the valet stand to front desk to the room service staff... everyone was so personable and helpful! And the pillows are to die for! (...I'm a pillow snob😂)I almost asked to buy them!! Can't go wrong with Loews
