Staff were very professional and nice. Including the valet staff. Valet was very good. They were quick. Did not have to wait. Very nice hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom clean. Clean towels. Provided amenities. Lot of places to shop and eat. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. Great location. Easy to get around Midtown.

The one complaint is no coffee stand in the lobby. I'm not sure I've been to a hotel where coffee was not readily available. (Or maybe I just never found it?)

This hotel is a cut above average as I usually stick to 2 star minimal hotels where my expectations are clean beds and no bugs. This weekend I wanted something nicer for myself and this place was a home run! Staff for starters treated me in a way that is sorly lacking in the majority of places you go. Extremely nice, and very helpful👍. The views where nice, mostly of the nearby high-rises, which makes a perfect backdrop to pass out to. The mattress was soft but supportive, and the room was nice and chilled. Only things I could think of that needed improvement; The shower door surprised me with a loud click when coming to a close, parking is gonna run you 26$ a night, and breakfast is an extra 30$. As a solo traveler that lost me some browny points but for the base rate that I got it was 100% worth it compared to what other 4 star hotels where going for! If your balling on a budget and need a place to stay within walking distance of some nice bars, this is it🗣️

They so needed the break from driving! When I check them in the manager on duty had already put the two rooms side by side!! Myself, as they guy paying for the rooms, and my nephew with his family ... we all were happy with the stay.

An all around beautiful experience, from the amenities to be extremely central location and convenient umbrella lending, this Hotel thinks of everything a traveler could want and need and provides it before we need to ask. An amazing experience, will definitely recommend
