Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta

The desk clerk was amazing at check in and kept in touch every time I walked by, very good at her job! Then the maintenance staff was cleaning the mess after the Shaky Knees rain, they did an outstanding job and I told them of this. They had a mess to deal with and it did not impact us as guests.

Great trip

The hotel was clean, not too expensive, and close to a lot of what we were doing on our visit, less than a mile to the Eastside Beltline Trail and 1 mile walk to Center Stage! All the hotels in this area charge for parking so I expected that-- it was convenient though that the garage was right next to the hotel and you just drive off to the right and up the garage. Would stay here again next time we are in ATL!

Stayed here for a music festival, great location!

In town for Shaky Knees festival. Front desk staff were extremely helpful despite being very busy. We had to leave a day early and assumed we’d be charged the full amount. And we were. However, I was a bit nonplussed by the comment that we wouldn’t be charged an early checkout fee?? Noel was doing us a favor apparently. I know about late checkout fees, but an EARLY checkout fee seems preposterous. Our room rates were very high, but to be expected on a busy weekend.

Perfect location for nearby music festivals in piedmont park. Staff is friendly and they go above and beyond

The property was clean , well kept and had amazing staff . A bonus would be if the property had additional amentites.

Breakfast was amazing. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I am in town monthly for work and have nothing but great things to say!

The room was spacious and quite beautiful. We even had a corner window. Bed was comfortable. There are signs of cutting corners that could easily make it feel like they were attentive to our needs. Two bottles of water were in the room, but they cost $4 each, if you weren't a member. Come on! They're fifty cent bottles of water. Just give them to us as a perk. There were only two cardboard cups for coffee/tea - then you had to use them to brush your teeth, too. Four cups is too much to ask?! And how about two comfortable chairs instead of one? Plenty of room. It doesn't take much to make sure the little details are welcoming, so the (expensive) room does feel chintzy.

Lovely, clean, spacious public areas. My room was spotless and decorated nicely. Motion detecting lighting under platform bed was pleasant and great for safety. Coffee in room and small fridge was appreciated. I will use pool and fitness next time. I definitely will book again.

Loved the interior design & decor of this hotel. We changed our room to corner King on 9th floor & had great views out to Stone Mountain, Piedmont Park & Midtown. Location good for walking to museums & galleries (Margaret Mitchell hse, Federal Reserve, High Art, Design museum), & the Park! Good restaurants all around by foot. Loved indoor salt water pool. Staff front desk, bar, valets were great. Unfortunately soundproofing to external noise not good. No guest laudry, expensive alternative.

Zhivago was very informative and welcoming throughout my families entire stay. He was very professional, and you could see his integrity shine while showing hospitality. ALL the staff members from Aug 20-27th were very kind, warm and friendly, from opening doors for my family and I, to sharing with us where we could go to have a fun time. And always allowed my teenagers and i to play pool even during the night. I would definitely stay there again if I make another trip to Atlanta. 10/10. Thank you all. Sorry for not knowing the rest of the staff by name. All the ladies up at the front desk were so nice and the gentleman with short locs, truly appreciate your politeness with constantly opening the door for us. Thank you times 10! Blessings!
