The two main issues are with the staff and the room. The room is too minimalist, there is no closet, no real place to put clothes so everything has to be in your bag, and there isn’t a place to put it out of eyesight. No coffee maker, no fridge. Basically bed and lights and a some minimal furniture. The second issue was just how unfriendly the staff was and how much out of their way they go NOT to help you. One example is I left a small handbag accidentally at the coffee common area - I noticed when I got to my room and called the front desk to see if I left it there. The person who answered said I did, I asked her if she could stash it away before I come down to take it and her answer was a very annoyed “ aha” - once I made it back to that area I found the bag left where I left it. She didn’t even bother put it away. That thing had my passport and my wallet. So many examples, I asked the front desk what time they lock the front door to have her argue with me that they don’t ( they do), tried to purchase a muffin and was told it was $4 when the sign on the muffin box said “muffins a$2” One of the male front desk people literally gave me a “ talk to the hand” gesture when I tried to put a water bottle on my room tab, and his coworker noticed and was nice enough to tell me she got it and let me go. I asked for new towels and was told they will change them monetarily, went out for 2 hours to come back and see they were not. Endless examples

I have stayed at this hotel twice this year so far. The weekend vibes are the nicest and the staff at check in really takes care of you. Recommend to all my friends. Must visit any time in Atlanta

I like that you could walk to restaurants The pool was extremely dirty . That was the main reason we booked the hotel for the outdoor pool amenity.
