Had a complimentary breakfast buffet on my reservation after waiting in line to check in for an extended time. Hotel charged me for the breakfast buffet and refused to remove the charge or refund the money when I called to clear their mistake.

Booked this hotel for a quick trip with my wife. Didn’t realize it was attached to the AC Marriott that we previously stayed at and had a great time. Great vibe and amenities. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would stay again.

Thank U Shay, Alexis, Lovely Housekeeper on 8th floor and the other staff I did not personally speak with. Love the location. I will return.

Excellent place to stay, parking is easily maneuvered and accessible. Short uber to Mercedes Benz stadium. Bar staff super friendly and fun! Rooms are super cute and beds very comfortable. 10/10 would stay again!

The rooms are somewhat cute. There are extremely misleading signs stating to bring your parking ticket to the front desk. It strongly implies it will be validated. I brought it only to find out that is not the case. It cost me $40 additional to park. Or I was to pay $55 for in and out service. I was going to get some cold drinks from the gas station in the morning and come back to sleep more. But ultimately decided to leave early. My one night stay was not cheap. I received horrible service when I had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel. I was there to celebrate my birthday and ate at a nice restaurant in the highlands. I was very excited about my meal and had leftovers I very much would have liked to keep. But there was no fridge in the room. So my leftovers inevitably wound up in the trash as it had spoiled. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was unapologetic about the parking fee and were even smug about telling me that there was nothing they could do.

Everything was amazing. Starting from check in all the way to check out!!! Definitely can’t wait to visit again. So much fun even traveling with kids aged 10,9 and 2.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall excellent visit!

The location and the modern, hip vibe make this hotel pleasantly unique. The parking was a bit pricey and there are several vacant lots around the hotel that are eye sores.

Great hotel

This is a nice hotel. I was recently there on a young trip with my daughter, and I probably wouldn’t stay there again with her because it was loud at night. It would be a very fun place to stay at for a girls trip or something like that. There is a fun pool with a bar, but it was hard to sleep because the other guests were very loud. You can hear everything in the rooms next door. There wasn’t a fridge in my room, which I didn’t think to check on online because there usually is one. I don’t always use a fridge, but I brought a few things from home this time. It’s just something to keep in mind if you need one. The staff was super nice, and the hotel was in a convenient area. I would come here again with friends, but probably not with my younger kids.

Great stay for only one night ,so I didn’t have time to use the pool area or other amenities. But nice welcome, great room and a very nice breakfast with great service.
