The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was super friendly! Hotel room itself was fine except for the refrigerator not being a real refrigerator, the bathroom sliding door not fully closing, the shower stall door hinge crooked so it didn’t fully close either, and the room felt damp/musty and not well ventilated one of our nights. Otherwise great!

Our server during Happy Hour was phenomenal and so was all the front desk staff. Everyone was so nice.

No mini fridge in room/ no continental breakfast offered as in the cheaper hotels.

Went for a one night stay to go see a show at the Loft/Center Stage and it was within perfect walking distance. Beds were comfy, shower was roomy.

nice hotel. It's near the High Arts Center if that's your thing. there were no issues with my stay. staff is nice and hotel is clean. I didn't use the restaurant, and it's a hike to find a coffee place or a restaurant.

Clean room, friendly staff

Staff was very friendly. Valet parking was easy. Received water upon check-in. The scent in the lobby, while nice initially, was overpowering. Very expensive for what we got. Restaurant wasn’t great. Front desk folks didn’t really know much about restaurants around the hotel, or specific activities…ie Dior exhibit.

Amazing staff. But very basic property

The room amenities were completely unacceptable for this level of hotel. Prior to booking, I called to make sure the hotel had fridges in the rooms as was listed on the property page. I was told they did. However, upon arriving to the room I saw a note about the “fridge” in question being more of a cooler, in that it does not get to fridge temps and you need to put ice in it if you want things colder. So basically they lied to me on the phone. I wanted a fridge, not an ice box. The AC in the room regularly made clicking sounds and honestly wasn’t great. The lights in the bathroom were on a motion sensor, which is a completely wild and irresponsible choice on the part of the hotel. There was no signage regarding this and no way to override it. It would literally turn off during our showers and we had to stop and wave our hands around to get it back on. We noticed also that the bedding was very unusual, with what looked like a mattress pad that was ripped, and way more sheets than necessary. The basic amenities were neglected in favor of the hotel “looking nice”. I’d never stay here again if you paid me. It only gets 2 stars because it wasn’t infested with bedbugs or something.
