Motel 6 Atlanta, GA - Midtown

The lady who checked me in was super nice and helpful. Once I entered the room I could see dirty walls and the bathtub looked disgusting. Hair and dead insects in it. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also mold in the grout. It was inexpensive, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Pretty good location, good value. The room was comfortable, I would happily stay here again.

Staff was friendly. I was able to sleep. I was surprised with the room I was given. There was a light fixture taped to the ceiling. Another light didn’t have a cover so I could see into the crawl space above. Different corners on the walls appeared to be damaged and flimsy. They were squishy if you poked it. There was a grate in the road that you would hear every time someone ran it over. I could hardly hear the attendant working behind the glass since the front door was locked when I was checking in. Overall, the room appeared to be in disrepair with nice furniture and fresh paint. Paint doesn’t fix drywall. It seems like fixing the room was not the priority when it was remodeled.

The worst Motel 6 experience of my life! Disgusting, absolutely horrible! Nasty everywhere you look at. There was a bunch of hair on the shower wall. All carpets were stained and everything smells like weed, cigarettes and dust.

This is a really nice Motel 6. Probably the best one I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious, the TV was large, the bed was comfortable & it was very quiet.

Great price for the location and shape of the room

The rooms are honestly great. Very clean and upgraded from last time here, bed was super comfortable. Some guy was aggressively yelling at nobody in the parking lot when I pulled in. Not necessarily the best of areas, but there are zero faults with the rooms or hotel itself. A little inconvenient to add a $12 parking fee.

The front office cashier named Neka was extremely kind and helpful. Her personality was awesome. If I have to stay in Atlanta again, I would choose this location.

What stood out was Jessica herself. She was warm, energetic, easy to talk to, and just had a genuinely great personality. Within a few minutes, I went from being completely worn out from the road to laughing and enjoying our conversation. She made checking into a Motel 6 feel far more personal than I ever would have expected. I travel quite a bit and stay in a lot of hotels, so I know when someone stands out. Jessica absolutely did. She made me feel welcomed, made sure I was taken care of, and gave me a great start to my stay. Please recognize her for the level of customer service she provides. She is the kind of person you remember long after checkout, and I sincerely appreciated her that evening.

They charge for you to park in a hotel that you are already booked at and renting. A few German roaches. The manager had an attitude but maybe she was just being tough. Customer service has been on a decline since Covid everywhere and the economy issues may have everyone on edge so maybe I can excuse the attitude. They never brought the other towels they said they were short on.

Can't believe additude of staff ,shortage of housekeeper. I had to clean own room and begging for clean towels. Military veteran and never gave really discount. Been here before worst now.Housekeer speak no English wonder if she legal 🤔. Awful will contact GM
