Last day the elevator didn't work, making it difficult to get everything downstairs to my car. Parking is $15 /day

I had a really great stay at Motel 6 Midtown! From the moment I arrived, the staff and front desk team were absolutely superb—friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. The room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It was obvious that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are taken seriously here. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely consider staying again. I only have two minor suggestions. Parking can be difficult, especially since there isn’t really designated visitor parking. That could definitely be improved. Also, the ice machine could use an upgrade or there should be a second machine available. During a busy stay, one machine simply doesn’t seem to produce enough ice for everyone. Other than those small issues, I honestly had a great stay. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent front-desk service really stood out. I appreciate the hospitality and would happily recommend Motel 6 Midtown to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay!

The rooms were actually upscaled compared to the outside appearance. The staff was extremely nice and even gave my card to the front end staff while i was checking out. Definitely more presentable than i thought it’d be for a quick stay!

There are people talking loudly at night.

I was charged twice for my room

Area Mattress was awful, large indentation in mattress like someone slept in the same spot for 10 yrs! Also, looked like it had been peed on!! , no bath tub stopper

There is a $14 a day parking fee! It is not mentioned on their website nor does Expedia calculate it in their total price! Expedia should look into this!

Room was clean. Blanket smelled like cigarette smoke.

Great for the price

Front desk lady was unpleasant, seemed bored to be at work and annoyed that I needed a receipt. Was charged $12/day just to park a car in the lot. No iron in the room. Won’t be back.

The person in the office didn’t answer the phone when i called for information. It rang probably 20 times I hung up and tried again. When I tried 2 or 3 times to get someone they finally answered. When talking to her she was not friendly at all. At the end of the conversation she hung up on me. I thought how rude of her. It made me very upset. Another time when i went into the office when I first got there i wanted to talk to someone about where the elevator was and nobody responded to my knock or verbal communication. I was there quite a while with no results. So i left and come back. The next time it was the same wayI waited forever. Finally she came out. She was not friendly at all. She acted like I was bothering her. In my opinion this was the same woman I tried to contact on the phone later in my stay. I’m glad I had a chance to leave this review. She should not be allowed to have this type of behavior.

Look its a motel... somewhere to sleep but usefully in a good area with some decent mexican bar/restaurants walkable and not for from the amenities of Mid Town

Paying to park. And wasnt aware of the parking pass until i came back late night from an event and had to stand out in the rain because the attendant wouldnt let me inside
