Wonderful suite space that reminds me of a condo apartment. Will definitely be back

Spacious wasn’t clean

Loved the location. The staff was wonderful. My stay was awesome. Wanted to extend my stay but couldn't at the desk had to go on booking or the actual website for 12 Midtown we got to do better nobody should have to do all that work to extend their stay at a hote

They gave away our room before we got there assuming we were not coming and the room was fully paid for before when we booked, then they put us and our kids in separate rooms the first night claiming they were booked up. They told us our original room would be ready the next day and wanted us to put our luggage in storage, but my wife refused. They allowed us to stay in a one of the rooms till our room got cleaned and made ready for us

I loved the size of the room and the kitchen was cool. The tub, not a decent size. My fault for not checking about the tub. I love garden tubs, but I didn't get that.

When we arrived we were informed that no such room existed as the one we booked: (two double bed suite). They did accommodate us with another room.

Little trouble but they did what they could to accomidate me on the worst day I have ever had when faced with life threatening illness and was scared not to much could have turned the day around.

Nice staff, great location and like having a kitchen.

Location was perfect with local restaurants and activities. The attached restaurant not available between 2:30 and 5:30 pm

Centrally located to what we wanted to see. Convenient to shops. Spacious room. Rooms need work and not that clean. Very minimal supplies and services. No shop on site for basic supplies. Advertises breakfast, but no one around when we went down first thing in the AM. We waited and there was no staff. Not a full service hotel. Pretty basic.

I was on the sixth floor and there was large noises like a cruise ship noise was sounding through out the evening.

We had a 1 bedroom suite the only thing I dint like was no door to room and ice machine in fridgerator dint work in my room and my dad's 2 bedroom room which was nice also I love the fact of all the non noise due to the frame of the building that was a plus x 2 otherwise if ice was working I would have gave a 5 star
