Perfect location. Right around the corner a entertainment district! Loved it! I will stay here again.

Good staff, Clean room

Nice! Clean and spacious rooms.

Room was on 5th floor. Constant noise of running around from the floor above and hallway. There was trash in the garbage from whoever stayed there before us. Front desk staff doesn’t have good knowledge of directing out of town guests to a good local resturant or engage in things to do. Complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar during happy hours was a nice thing to have but who closes breakfast at 9:30? just too early!

room was spacious, indoor pool was useful, property is super close by shopping and food areas, daily food/happy hour drink coupon was a nice touch, thanks!

Everything about this property was a great experience! The room, the staff, the breakfast, and the bar was a 10 out of 10! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed the complimentary happy hour. The breakfast was 10/10. Made to order breakfast along with a good selection of food.

While our stay was a short one, we throughly enjoyed it ! the property was clean and exactly what we needed for our few days. Breakfast was also a plus :)

Habiendo regresado luego de dos años, sigue todo muy bien. Tal vez podría mejorar un poco el desayuno y el mantenimiento de la habitación (puerta del baño dañada, luz de velador quemada, etc), pero son detalles que no empañan la experiencia general.

Breakfast lady was a bit rude

Houses keepers are barely clean it’s very half behind. I changed rooms and the second room was still dirty.

The hotel and staff were great! Room was clean and well maintained during our stay. I didn't use the pool but I know a LOT of people were going down there, just didn't have time myself. There were some goods and not as good things (some that I wish I would have known beforehand because it would have changed my decision on staying here.) First is you actually get vouchers for 2 free drinks for all adults during your stay between the happy hour of 5-6:30. Not everything is included, but it was still nice! The breakfast was pretty good but her there early, as it gets closer to end time they don't refill anything-including the coffee which was all I wanted. The water was finicky and acted like it took forever to warm up but figured out a trick and if you turn on the bath and sink to hot, it takes no time at all. My biggest hiccup that I wish I would have known ahead of time is the incidental charge. I'm used to a $150 or so hold but this place is $100/day for incidentals which came out to an extra $400 that I no longer had for our trip.

The room was clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did end up having an issue with my room where the air went out and I was moved and accommodated immediately. However, the only things that I don’t like is the deposit for each day which is not communicated prior and the $40/day to park. Other than that I was extremely comfortable in my room. The staff is some of the best, from being checked in to the housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

Travel 7 hours and based on pictures and location booked this hotel, toilet got clogged and water spill all over room requested them to send someone to fix it and clean the bathroom they did, later on same day when opening bathroom door screws and rail from bathroom sliding door felt on top of my head went to front desk and they changed my room to the now next door, once arriving to new room bathroom door would close, if you slide you had to be very careful because door was about to fall, went to front desk and explain to them while doing check out requested to talk to management nobody has call me yet they didn’t seem to care much. Rooms special bathrooms for sure needs maintenance and upgrades.

Very clean and nice staff! Breakfast 10/10! Definitely recommend!

This hotel was very nice and in a beautiful area . My only complaint was there was no internet. Other than that everyone and everything was amazing 👏
