GREAT LOCATION. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONT DESK BAR AND RESTAURANT. WE ENJOYED OUR COMPLIMENTARY MADE TO ORDER OMELETTES AND BREAKFAST BUFFET. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE COMPLIMENTARY AFTER 5 SNACK BAR AND DRINKS. OUR SUITE AND OUR STAY WAS PERFECT. GARAGE SELF PARKING WAS A PLUS.

I loved how clean and how attentive they are I was not informed it was an additional 40 dollars for parking per night ; did not accept cash at all

The staff was so accommodating and friendly!!! I totally enjoyed my stay. From the Front Desk to the young lady that cleaned my room; to Nick at the Bar.., they were just beautiful !!! When I return, I'm definitely going to see if I can get a room there. God bless you all cause you don't know how happy you made.

Very clean, well maintained hotel. The staff was so nice. Definitely felt their southern hospitality. The breakfast was quite nice with staff worked hard to make sure you had all you needed. The wonderful gal making the omelets and avocado toast came out to check that everything tasted good. Highly recommend.

We went to the Georgia Aquarium last weekend and our stay at Embassy Suites was amazing! Breakfast was AMAZING, from the omelette bar, oatmeal selection, everything! Clean hotel and rooms. Staff was amazing!

-2 noches sin dormir , se escucha todo de las habitaciones, llame a front desk 3 veces para Que hicieron algo , Pero no resolvieron nada . La habitacion continua habia musica muy fuerte . El segundo dia housekeeping ni se acerco por nuestra habitacion .

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Accommodations were very clean and the breakfast was a good assortment. Overall great location and stay. If I return to Atlanta I will definitely book the same hotel.

Large room, two big TVs and helpful staff. The location is Atlantic Station, not Midtown. Breakfast was appalling and there was basically nothing left by 9am.

Loved the dining and staff and being close by Atlantic Station was a great experience to walk around and see part of Atlanta.

The staff was preferably helpful. I wish they would have exterminated for the roaches before we got there. The breakfast was superb always fresh and hot and plenty for I love the speediness, making sure that the breakfast they stopped happy hour was definitely more than happy. Everyone was friendly the bartenders make sure the drinks were strong and they did not cut back at all overall I had a good time and CHRIS the general manager he is more than hospitality. He’s just great.

Only stayed for one night

Over all the stay was great. Breakfast was one of the best we had at a hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was cloudy but still a really nice amenity to have and enjoy. The location is amazing. Walking distance to shops and other restaurants. We would book this hotel again for sure.

I felt like we got a bad room because we booked with Expedia vs Hilton directly. Overall the Hotel manager there was nice and did the best he could for our troubles. Customer service was great. The rooms just need some more tender care.
