Location was perfect. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. The foldout sofa was really uncomfortable and they did not provide any pillows for the foldout sofa. We checked in late and housekeeping was closed so we had to wait until the next day to get any pillows for my son. Also, there’s no ice machine on every floor. We never could find it, even though we were provided with an ice bucket in the room.

When I arrived they had canceled my reservation. I waited about 45 minutes before the helpful young man named Aaroon helped me. Very nice and well mannered young man. Because of his help I was able to get a room with the same price. Please give him my best wishes and thank you for your help.

Everything was exceptional!

I definitely appreciated the balcony; phenomenal view. Breakfast are very nice; utilize the custom order station. I had issues with the darn gate exit from parking but it was very likely user error and both times staff appeared like magic to remedy quickly without any worries. Staff are very friendly and well trained. 😊

The property was okay, it is in a great spot to move around and access to entertainment, food, drinks is convient. Breakfast wasnt that good, the cooked to order omeletes were great everything else wasn't up to par with past stays at other Embassy's. Staff was overall really nice, but housekeeping didn't clean my room any of the 3 days I was there. I had to find them on the hall to get towels. The room itself was nice it is near the hustle and bustl so you will here sounds but being from the city it didn't bother me. It wasnt a horrible stay but I probably won't book again. I wanted to get in the pool but it was closed when I wanted to go even though it said open until 10pm it was closed at 4pm.

I like that it was clean. Better than a lot of other hotels that I’ve stayed in and I’m very picky on where I stay. Also, the staff was responsive very quickly through the app. I did not like the breakfast that was served. The waffles were brick hard, the orange juice tasted watered down and I’m Good afternoon. . The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The noise from the street came through the windows like I was outside on the street and it sounded like cars were drag racing, so made it very difficult to get any sleep. Additionally, the thermostat on the air conditioner was either too cold or too hot and despite changing it to a comfortable temperature when that took place, the air conditioner never kicked on and then when we turned it down to cool off, I got too cold in Cohen constantly handling the thermostat to try and be comfortable.

My bathroom floor and walls were dirty the room and bed was clean the staff was nice

Breakfast was amazing and the woman making the omelets was polite, friendly, joyful, caring, energetic and passionate about giving great service! It was a joy to see her each morning. All the staff was exceptional and the service exceeded expectations. The hotel was always clean. Indoor pool was great. Ample Pool towels during the week. Weekends need more pool towels available. Did not like paying $40 a night for parking. Room towel setup was for 3 guests. We had 4. Asked for more towels and they were promptly provided. The beds were too soft and the bed by the window in 307 has a horrendous squeak.

This was my first time traveling alone with my 7yr old daughter. She has ADHD and can become very impatient at times. We got to the hotel very early and I wanted to just relax for a bit before going to meet up with family. I asked for early check in price, can’t remember what it was but I’m pretty sure it was reasonable otherwise I wouldn’t have done it. Upon getting to our room I noticed we only had 1 bed and per the agency I’m with I can’t share a bed with my daughter(foster daughter but still I call her my baby :-); I originally reserved a double bed but because of early check in that was wasn’t noted however the front desk lady was soooo amazing she first told me “oh hunny you could have just called front desk from the room and I would have had someone come up and give you new keys”. That alone was such a warm welcome because although my daughter did amazing traveling I was still very exhausted from packing both our bags and the agency stressing me out before bringing her with me. The breakfast was good and the lady making the omelettes was very funny. Overall I’d stay here again unless I’m meeting family because they are in the Deep South and that drive was like 3hrs to them 😂

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. We especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast w an omelet station run by the fabulous Connie! She was incredible! Will def stay here again when visiting Atlanta
