The property is absolutely amazing! Very clean, the room was hugeeee and the view was absolutely incredible! Every member of staff were very sweet and welcoming! I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!! 100/10, MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! There wasn’t one thing that I did not like about the property

My card was charged for my entire stay when I had already paid for my stay. The walls were dirty and the pillowcase was dirty.

The only problem I had was the TV, it wasn’t working at all I did call for help and they said it “doesn’t work” so I just left it at that but over all everything was great!

Hotel is gorgeous and the area is amazing. Check-in was amazing, and there was an incidental hold, which I planned to use for room service because I had a credit as well. Room service didn’t work via the app or website, and no one would answer the room service phone. Decided to check the bar and do that, but the bartender was very unwelcoming. She said “what do you want” as opposed to any version of hello, and half the beers I wanted to try were out, and so I settled for a Stella that took her 20 minutes to open and bring to me (it’s a tiny tiny bar) — I overheard someone else complaining that their room service didn’t work and they manually took his order and sent it in, so then I did the same. All was right in the world, UNTIL I woke up to an additional large charge for “accommodations” and when explained they said they take it in addition to the incidentals because I booked with Expedia. Never had that happen ever in my life, so that was strange. Also their was someone else’s hair in the showers but I won’t nit pick. Hotel was gorgeous, but they seemed very confused on what’s even happening there.

This is a really good hotel. Staff were outstanding- all we came into contact with were consistently friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. Rooms good size and modern. Common areas comfortable. Very good breakfast. Hope to stay again some time.

Great location! Loved the fitness center and the amenities. Also, it was very clean. 15–20-minute walk to Piedmont Park.

Nice choice for Shaky Knees. A little bit of a walkable but not bad..
