It was a great stay.

There was nothing to like because I never even got to stay here. They denied our booking and refused to give us our money back. The property's phone number doesn't work and they also only replied to the email confirmation booking just enough to let us know that they could not accommodate our request and when we then asked for our money back since we couldn't stay there we were met with complete silence.

The lady who tried to check us in was wonderful. She allowed us to look at the room before we checked in to make sure it was up to standard. She also explained that they do not have any more in room spa tub rooms available due to them not being operational. Love that we had the opportunity to change since it was my birthday weekend and I wanted certain amenities I thought I was going to receive. The pool was also not operational. I think they should take those pictures off the site because my room was supposed to have an inroom spa tub and that room type is no longer available. I have not received my refund back and it's been over a week.

Close to airport Felt very unsafe in the hotel

It was close to the airport It was NOT clean. The sheet for the mattress was ripped. There were stains on couch and the room in general was not cleanly at all.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was bad. I called Booking.com and was on hold for a long time so had to hang up. The hotel said I would have to contact Booking com for a refund and was disappointed with Booking.com customer service department. I have pictures of the unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions of the hotel. There was hazardous conditions throughout the room and hotel. I am not happy whatsoever.

DO NOT STAY HERE. My room was covered in mold. The sheets were stained the bathroom has rust from the pipes. There looked to be prostitution happening out of the hotel. The staff was not helpful, the front desk manager was not honest about being a manger when I was trying to get a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. No one will answer the phone when you call, I was told the general manager would be there when they weren’t. Save your money.

The couch in the room was dirty and worn. I wouldn’t dare sit on it .

It’s outdated

I wish I didn’t have to give this one star. I would rather give it none. Worst hotel ever. Nothing worked. The beds were horrible and painful. Our room had a sleeper sofa, but the mattress was gone. Our guest had to sleep on the couch cushions laid on the floor. Because the couch was so incredibly uncomfortable to try to sleep on. Hideously nasty everywhere. Everything was broken, the toilet was not bolted to the floor, there was a bullet hole in one of the windows, the equipment at the buffet was broken, the food was nasty. We booked it online and showed up at 11 o’clock at night to check in. So we felt trapped and had to stay. It was too late to make other arrangements. And the smell! Oh the smell was horrible. In the halls, in the lobby, in the room. A mixture of marijuana and body odor. I hope no one else makes the mistake of staying here. And I hope the lack of customers forces the owners to finally either fix this place or shut it down and set it on fire. The only positive I can say, the staff were reasonably friendly. I had no problem with them. I only met two. The guy at the desk when we checked in. And a lady at the desk when we checked out. Never saw anyone trying to restock the breakfast area that was in desperate need. Never saw anyone cleaning anything. Please don’t stay here. Unless you’re homeless. And even then, you can probably do better.

I will stay there again for all the following : cheaper, roomy, clean , and excellent staff
