Not willing to help or accommodate for simple easy things. With all the places to stay in Atlanta near the airport, I would not choose this hotel. I travel quite frequently, I have stayed many places here and abroad including out of country and I’ve never had a hotel unwilling to help, even Expedia tried to help and accommodate but they wouldn’t budge on simple requests. Frankly they do not care about guests, just money. Skip this place and do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere Typically I don’t review places I don’t care for, but this is a place is one other travels should be aware of. Safe travels

definitely had a great experience from the check-in process to the checkout process. I even enjoyed that the bar hosted weekly events and the location was very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back again especially since it’s next to the airport.

Very rundown for $250 per night

This place was perfect! Exactly what we needed before leaving Atlanta. Quiet, clean, they have a nice bar and great food!

Hotels.com deceived me with great pictures of the room I reserved. The room was described as executive suite large and the "large" part was a strange room with a laundry room like sink with cabinets that looked like it was from the 70's, small lights and old 70's table with 4 chairs. OLD!!!!! This is a 2 star hotel in a sketch part of town. It's close to the airport on the map but the drive takes 12 minutes because of the route you must take to get there. All the staff were courteous and the place is very clean but it's WAY dated. I'm more used to real 3 and mostly 4 star hotels. This is the type of hotel I'm not accustomed to.

Crystal was so patient and helpful to me and my daughter. I was sleep deprived after and early morning flight to Atlanta and my daughter had just come off of a 24 shift, as a surgeon at a hospital, before her early morning flight, both traveled for a family wedding occurring the day of arrival. Crystal was so calming and got us in our room early. The room was spacious and very clean. Kudos to Crystal and the cleaning staff. I loved the freshness. The bed was very comfortable for the 4 hours I got to actually sleep before catching an early morning flight back home. Thanks for making my 24 hours enjoyable.

I stayed for one night. The shuttle driver was on time and professional. The evening and morning hosts were friendly and gracious.

Facility was well located off the highway easy interesting exit to all different parts of the city.

I couldn’t figure out the shower. Had to take a tub bath. I’ve never seen this before. Other than that my stay was excellent.

The room was great. My mother booked it for us because our flight was delayed. They asked us girls to pay a security deposit, even though they had her card on file. Luckily my friend had a card she could use but it was a big inconvenience and my mom is very upset by this. She says that 2 teenage girls, traveling for the first time by themselves, already upset and tired because of flight issues and then asking for extra money? She's really not happy about that. We were there about 7 hours, if that.

Very clean, water stayed hot, kind staff.

It was comfortable. The bar was good. Breakfast was not free. Parking was $16 per night. Payed for city view which ended up being the back of the airport. The entrance to our room looked like a closet door entrance. My wife and I was very disappointed.

The staff were nice and helpful. The property clean.

LaQuisha was amazing. She was really helpful. The shuttle service is great too The rooms AC was noisy it was very difficult to sleep. I also didn't like that breakfast starts at 630 as many catch 8 am flights. This should be moved to at least 5:30. Also the beds were extremely stiff.
