This property is a motel. It smells like pure cigarettes. It’s a dark and gloomy motel. The pool area is the smoking area although there’s signs that state “No smoking” clearly the staff does not pay attention to their guest if they are able to get away with this. Also the rooms are horrendous with popcorn ceiling no bathroom vent and everything is old. The pictures on this website is nothing like what the hotel actually looks like. There’s a gentleman at the front desk that is RUDE and UNPLEASANT!!!!! I’m happy it was an overnight stay. I do not recommend this hotel actually it’s more of a motel!!!!

This is an older property that needs to be updated very badly. I had water running across the floor in my room. I’ve always liked this chain and stay at them a lot. This is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at. I will not be going back there.

Room was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN....TLC needed on the Rugs in hallways...maybe a little painting in some places

The property was clean location was convenient The staff was horrible front desk manager supervisor were the rudest humans I have ever encountered They really need to get retrained on how to treat there guests I didn’t spent the night Because of front desk staff

Great Experience

It was convenient staff was great had a restaurant right there food was good The beds wasn't the best buy not the worst breakfast was ok but glad it was there

The staff was friendly The rooms did not feel cleaned. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned regularly, the pool was cloudy and the building looked run down. The elevator wouldn’t go down at one point and kept just sitting on the same floor after pressing the button multiple times.

The location is convenient since it is close to the airport The room was next to the highway, which made spending time there unbearable. The on-site restaurant food was disappointing, and the hotel in general isn't well maintained (At least not for the money paid)

THE TV NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED IT IS NOT GOOD QUALITY.

Sheets were dirty and room felt moist. Stuck on an elevator that would not work. Will not stay here again.

This was a great hotel for airport use. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive to the hotel until around 2am. The front staff was so pleasant and quickly checked us into our room. The hotels airport shuttle brought us to the car rental place the next morning. Would definitely stay here again.
