Cheap and about what I expected

Pretty quiet hotel near where I wanted to stay renovations being done

Room was clean parking was easy

Location They advertised free breakfast and there was none

Only good I can say is the desk staff was decent. Hotel desk staff these days at both high end and low end hotels these days are horrible so that was a surprise. Traveling on budget microtel in most states I've been have been decent. This one not so much. While the room itself was tolerable, the lobby, elevator and hallways need major upgrades. The elevator is old dirty and randown. You feel like you are in psych ward elevator from the scary movie of your choice. The elevator also smelled like stale Marijuana the whole time I was there. The is only one ice machine for the hotel located in the lobby. The bathroom in the room is upgraded but the shower has permanent dark marks and stains. I had to wipe the bathroom door and handles down with my lysol wipes because there was some type of yucky film buildup all over it that you could not see but could definitely feel. I an assuming this is due thorough coding not being performed regularly. By the second night my sinuses were going crazy my guess for that is curtains and other fabric components in the room not being cleaned regularly. I ultimately had to go buy Flonase so I could breathe in the room and lysol spray to spray everything down with which helped a little bit. The breakfast offered at this microtel was very limited compared to the plentiful breakfast full of options I have experienced at other Microtel properies. If you just need a cheap place to lay your head then ok.. stay away if you want clean.

The fact that I accidentally did 2 bookings and the owner made sure that my $73.62 over payment was refunded. No breakfast even though it was advertised that they had it and the channel selection on the TV wasn't very good.

Absolutely nothing! The entire facility needs to be gutted and renovated.

I like the location of the property. It is close to a lot of places. My room needed it to be clean again. My bedsheets were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom on the toilet.

The shower pressure was amazing. And as far as getting to things it was decently located. The first day we got there it took 30 minutes to check in even though I checked in via the link texted. And they changed our room after telling us they didn’t have the right one prepared. We also went the whole weekend without tv because they refused to fix whatever was wrong with it. They also didn’t provide any WiFi information to make it easier to stream. Additionally the breakfast that was advertised was cereal, oatmeal, and bananas.

When I was in the hospital with a heart condition bob gave my money back to me and that was nice after thst I fell and sprained both ankles right in front of him and his wife he never offered to comp a room or anything even with the very uneven tile that I have photos of and in motherday weekend his staff lied to steal money from me my mom died from covid my name is leshauna rollins I had to pay to sleep someplace else because his staff is a liar I want my money back I was bot given a room key or allowed to register

Near airport No breakfast and also no shuttle run down old elevator staff was friendly but the hotel needs to move from hotel to motel 1 star

Had to turn the toilet valve on to flush and it ran occasionally during the night which must have been why. HVAC was good but not quick.

The motel is clean and functional. The room is small, but if you are just there overnight between flights, it is all you need. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a microwave in the room. My gripe is the airport shuttle. It stops running at 10pm, so I had to take a Lyft -- $17 before tip for 1.6 miles! I was told the shuttle starts at 6 am the next morning, but then found out that it starts at other hotels at 6 and gets to the Microtel a bit later. 10 - 15 minutes can make a difference for a flight. But all worked out okay.

It was clean it had a lil sofa bed by window bathroom was a plus he let me check in early for a small fee and broke it down with the deposit fee which I could manage he didn’t hold my money like some due and make excuses The manager was a lil demanding may come off rude if you allow em but the more days I stayed he was ight lol and I didn’t like you couldn’t smoke in non of the rooms NOTHING (vapes /etc)

Last but not least is the door doesn’t shut all the way!!! Like u can see inside the room if someone or some pervert was interested in peaking inside the room and decided to squat.

The room Talking all night through the walls, no housekeeping service while we were there for 3 days, had to ask for towels and trash bags. Staff not to friendly
