This was the scariest situation I’ve ever had at a hotel. I woke to people rattling the door and trying to get in my room at 2:00am. I told them this is not your room and the woman said it’s the front desk open the door. Then she said sorry. If we didn’t have the dead bolt on they would have entered our room. The hotel blamed me and the other guest and gave me one point for choice hotels

Staff were hit and miss pending who is helping you. Although the male staff, unsure if manager, he was pleasant, trued his best to resolve any issues. Aware I’ve booked a budget hotel with low expectation however, was horrible experience all around from beginning till end with 2 night stay. Shuttle service shared by other properties weren’t reliable. Waited over half an hour. Secondly, gym was out of service due one broken machine I was told. Thirdly, 3 vending machines in lobby were all out of service, could not get beverage nor snacks, had to buy nearby Ruby Tuesday. Fourth, I was told morning complimentary breakfast was more or less grab n go, no hot food. Any hot items were frozen turkey breakfast sandwich & apple pie to heat up on your own. Despite all issues which I went along, my last draw was at 3am saw a cockroach crawling on the wall between bathroom and exit door. It was DISGUSTING!! Could not sleep after. I decided to checkout. No one was at front desk, one young lady in her pajama pants was the only one in the lobby, was setting up the breakfast area. Tried to get her attention few times however, she didn’t hear me. After fourth time, she responded loudly for me to wait a minute several times. I was told over the phone, only time they’ll call shuttle to airport is if I were in the lobby. I was afraid I would be late for my flight. I needed her to know I was in the lobby, needed close out folio. She was very defensive, less listening.

It’s decent and budget friendly but no frills.

This place sucks bathroom didn’t work and they want to come fix it when it’s time to check out.

This has been my go to place for many years, not sure if its taken over by new owners but the experience wasn't the same, I was in a non smoking room, which I always get because I don't smoke or drink but the room reeked of smoke scent. First time since I have ever stayed here that I have had to give a sub-par review of what I considered a favorite hotel of mine.

It’s okay. The air works really good.

The computer did not work. The ice machine was not working at the time. So I walked to Ruby Tuesday to get ice. I was not impressed with the area, so I decided not to stay another night. Breakfast was not great.

The staff was friendly

The shuttle cut off earlier than we were told, so we had to pay for a taxi ride to the hotel, but the staff was apologetic. The breakfast is different than pictured, the only hot item is a frozen sausage egg biscuit you can microwave.

Nothing needs to be closed down mold on sheets doors won't lock from the inside there breakfast is nothing but a joke the advertisement shown is far far from the truth My husband and I are so very disappointed I won't ever stay there again and if I could get my money back I would
