Servise was good Especially Housekeeping

Service was terrible. First time staying at a hotel where we had to bring dirty towels to front desk in order to get more. Waited hours before we were able to get more. We didn’t receive any room service for the 3 days we were there! We were later told that we had to notify front desk by 10 am to have room cleaned. I’d highly recommend not staying at this place

I turned the lights on in the bathroom first and roaches were running under the baseboard. The bed towards the bathroom had baby roaches crawling on it. When we pulled the sheets back from the bed it looked like pubic hair was on the sheets as if the sheets weren't cleaned at all. The complimentary toiletries were all used. Breakfast which was something we were relying on as we had a 2 hour drive and only 3 hours to sleep before getting on the road. The juice machine was down. There was no fruit and almost frozen danishes. I'm not picky but you can't eat frozen breakfast. The babies slept in their stroller seats and I napped in the chair as I only had 3.5 hours before We needed to get back on the road and I chose sleep instead of trying to locate another hotel at almost 3 am. The first time staying there we didn't experience any of these issues.

Property was clean and smell pleasant. No complaints to note.

Close to airport but the property and rooms need some repair. The shuttle was also a problem

Location, staff, super clean

granted the hotel is older and we were there just for the night to catch an early morning flight, but the bedding was soiled, the curtain was torn and tied together, and the window was cloudy. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this is one place I would not recommend

The problems i had, my room was never cleaned, no new towels, bed linens. I had to take out my own trash. Each day of my stay, i had to visit the front desk to have my room key reprogramming, was locked out daily. To top it off, there was a roach that ran on top of the desk.

First time I stayed at such a horrible hotel. Oh my goodness, never again. Drug addicts hanging in the lobby, filthy sheets, horrible smell, ripped and stained carpet, bugs on the ground. My God, never again.

Hello. Staff was very accommodating upon check in, especially for a disabled person. The lobby area was clean, the building has an elevator. The room was ok. The bed cover had mysterious red stain, but had been washed. The other linens and towels were clean. The shower was walk in, but had black mold in one corner. I did not take a shower because of this fact. The sink and toilet areas were clean. This hotel is convenient to the airport, and provides a shuttle service. Would not stay again because of mold in shower.

This was a last minute stay due to an emergency while in Atlanta. I wouldn't recommend or stay again.

Paid for room with fridge and microwave, got neither! Office chair was broken, I had to sit on bed! All night activity in nearby rooms, people banging on doors!I should be refunded!!
-
The breakfast was poor.
-
Not what’s advertised! Good for a quick last minute stay

Overall a pleasant stay

The front desk girl when we checked out couldn’t even stand up to talk to us and she looked like she was sleeping. The shuttle was packed like sardines and we had small children that had to stand while the driver weaved in and out of traffic to the airport. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Save your money!

A hotel near from the airport for the quality required needs UPGRADE. Price was the cheapest in the area.
