Stay was find lot better than the last visit. A lot of upgrades. Staff was excellent like always.

It was a 15 minute wait during check-in, the hotel elevator was very worn down and made a lot of noises, the cleanliness of this hotel could have been so much better. The bathroom looked very unkept with paint chipping off and holes in the wall.

Staff not friendly

Close to the Airport. Breakfast area very small and not a lot of options to choose.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, multiple times my room card stopped working. The elevator was a little scary.

The staff was very helpful in requesting a shuttle

The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly Cart for the luggages was too old, saw a couple of roaches and the bathroom door was dirty in room 220..

Mattress was hard and TV didn't work.

We needed a “heads down” hotel for once we landed and this is all this hotel is good for. If you are international you land in totally the wrong place for the shuttle and so you need to spend $30 on a taxi to get here. It’s very basic. The clientele put us on edge and we didn’t feel overly safe. The room is fine but rather run down - the beds are fine so actually once you are in the room it was ok, but we tried not to leave once we were in the room until we checked out.

Breakfast was so terrible

The room was okay but the bathroom wasn't pleasant at all,look like mode on the ceiling,tub was fifty and refrigerator wasn't clean at all for the price you pay.....

The one thing that I did not like about this hotel stay was the fact that the shuttle service does not just service this one hotel, but it services 3 or 4 other hotels as well. There was long wait for service. Will only go back if no other choice!
