Quality Inn Atlanta Airport - Central

When planning your stay in Atlanta do yourself a favor to stay elsewhere. Upon arrival for my stay the staff argued with me that my reservation was for double beds, with my phone and online confirmation I had to “prove” my reservation was for a king room nonsmoking. The build reeked of weed and mold. After receiving keys I went to my room only to find a mess of mold. The shower head has black mold, the shower seams have mold, around the toilet on the floor was mold. The room was cooled with a residential window unit that did not work properly to cool the room lower than 75 degrees. The floors in my room were stinky and covered in hair. The arm chair had mysterious stains on it. The bed comes with 2 very small throw pillows. My stay was for 4 nights, staff did not once clean or give fresh linens. I would not recommend this place.

Very Dangerous location staff will not help you. Dirty, staff refused paid booking hotel.com had to make new reservation and could not get anyone to answer phone. STAY AWAY this hotel will take your money and refuse accommodations. Don’t leave your car here it will get broken into.

Had to get another room because the 1st ones door wouldn't latch at all.

The day before arrival, I repeatedly called the hotel for the shuttle, received no answer. I also messaged hotel through Expedia, but no one responded. Unfortunately, Expedia was also unable to provide a solution because they said they could not reach the property. Luckily, my call was answered by hotel when I selected the option to make a new reservation, and the shuttle service was confirmed. Pros; Location: very close to the airport. Front desk: friendly and responsive. Cons; No convenient restaurants or convenience stores nearby Walking at night is not recommended (per hotel staff). Communication before arrival: needs improvement. Sanitation: a few cockroaches were noticed; needs improvement, Breakfast: limited options.

When we arrived they made us wait because of shift change. We made a reservation for a shuttle for 6am and confirmed breakfast would be ready by 6 when we would need to leave. In the room, the shower hanger was falling off and the soap dispenser was broken in the sink. The next morning when we went to check out, the shuttle was not there and the staffer, Raj waited to call until we were there. We then asked him for breakfast and he said no, it won’t be ready until 6:30. No apology, no attempt to help (even though he had access to the room and could have grabbed us something). The shuttle finally arrived 15 min late. Absolutely terrible customer service

The place smelled badly when I entered, and it was very rundown. The staff was nice, but the breakfast was very poor. I wish for the money I paid. They would’ve done a better job with the amenities.

My flight got delayed and i arrived later than expected When i arrive at midnight they sold my room and i was stranded in the middle of the night.

Falling apart. Needs renovation and upgrades.

The place smells like marijuana, things were broken in the room, it was not very clean. We will never stay there again.

The cleanliness. Our room was dusty and the tub still had hair in it from previous guests. The door to the bathroom had a hole and was split. The refrigerator was filthy and was draining when we checked in. The local sheriff department swarmed the place.

Nothing, it was absolutely disgusting. The only positive was its proximity to the airport. Other than that, I can’t think of anything I enjoyed about my stay. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. The bathtub had numerous yellow/brown stains that made it appear unsanitary. There were stains on the bed linens, the chair was visibly dirty, and the furniture was scratched and damaged. The bathroom door had peeling paint, and the air conditioner wasn’t installed correctly, leaving a large gap where you could see outside. Overall, the room looked neglected, unclean, and nothing like what I expect from a hotel. I documented everything with photos because the condition of the room was unacceptable.

Everything so dirty, staff unprofessional, no staff @ front desk - 6am early check out no one @ fronts waited 20 mins have to call in for customer service - no breakfast service lied ? 0 star I would worst service worst place stay far away from it
