Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. Is a very good place to stay with your family.

The hotel sold the room I had booked to someone else. I even made sure to call prior to my arrival to make sure everything was ready. The receptionist assured me it was. Then when I arrived I had to wait an until the next day check-in time (3pm) to receive the room I paid for. They could have at least given a better room but instead downgraded me (gave me a full size bed vs the king bed I booked) and acted like I was inconveniencing them…

Nice clean rooms , reception area was also clean . Quiet and comfortable also used the hotel shuttle from the airport and back to the airport drivers were very friendly and informative and on time

PAUL WHO WAS ONE THE FRONT DESK STAFF WHEN I CHECKED IN WAS WONDERFUL VERY FRIENDLY GAVE GREAT ADVICE. GOD WILL I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN next time visiting ATLANTA

Nice and relaxing

Very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and an incredible free hot breakfast. Extensive choices from waffles, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, fruit yogurt, many bread choices.

The place was old and in need of renovation. Also no place to park for a couple of hours parking was a flat 18$ for 1day.

I needed a room last minute and this was one of the cheaper options and it showed. Walking into the room it looked clean. I am very particular about room, especially when it comes to beds and bathrooms. This room didn't meet my expectations with neither. Upon taking a shower I check the towels beforehand. 2 out if the 3 towels had visible strands of hair on it. There was also random pieces of hair on the floor. I also checked the beds. One bed was decent but made a ton of noise if you were to move around in it, and the other had small but noticeable pieces of hair on the foot of the bed and on a couple of the pillows. Luckily I had an early morning flight and didn't stay long but I didn't sleep well. The airport shuttle it very convenient, and the front desk staff was okay. I was pulling out my credit card to pay, and she has slapped her hand on the desk looking like she was annoyed like I was taking so long. I didn't appreciate that.

Very rude front desk worker upon check in. AirPort shuttle only goes to domestic terminal and not to the international terminal. The breakfast was terrible. Worst Fairfield Inn stay of my life.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was good, my only problem was that the fee that they charged me for my incidental s has not been refunded back to me and it has been over 3-5 business days
