Passable

Nothing Breakfast was late. Elevator wasn’t working at checkout. Room was stale, smelled like smoke; the air conditioner was off when I entered. Previous guest’s shoe, left in room. Hotel needs to be upgraded!

Bad

The room was not cleaned before they gave it to us. Someone had used the shower, hair on wall, used soap, etc.. the bed was made but the sheets were clearly used or very warn. Held them up to the light and it looked like sweat spots. We ask to have new sheets which we put on ourselves because there was only 1 person working at the hotel. There was no option to change rooms. We slept in our clothes and left by 7am just to move on to our next destination. There was a cockroach in our family member's room. It was not a good experience at all. As I walked into the hotel, someone leaving actually said "good luck" and now I know why. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for something similar to a foreign country hostel.

Property was dirty, the elevator was broken, the staircase smelled like fecal matter. The bedsheets had spots and stains on them. Online they looked pretty good but in person that was not the case.

Staff was great, beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great The breakfast could use some help. Not as good as other LA Quintas we've stayed at

Convince to airport. Lobby was nice and looked clean.Front desk clerk was friendly. Roaches in the bathroom. The wash clothes were dirty with black grainy stuff on both wash cloths. No hair dryer. We had to ask for one at the front desk. They said to give them 30 minutes to find one. They did find one. Shower head leaks, refrigerator didn't work, phone didn't work, floor was sticky. Carpets looked bad upstairs going to the room with stains, very out dated.

Just Ronnie, who was at the front desk and tried to be accommodating. The room wasn't clean, the bed linen was stained!

Disappointing

Location only! Pillows cases were dirty! Staff didn't allow breakfast to out until ending time for 1! And was rude about the shit!!

The bathroom

As a woman travelling alone, I was also left feeling extremely uncomfortable when two maintenance staff, who were not wearing uniforms or any obvious identification, knocked on my door at approximately 10:20 pm. A different male then knocked on my door again at around 11:00 pm. I had not been informed that anyone would be attending my room, and these late-night visits left me feeling unsafe. The most significant issue was the excessive noise from the neighbouring room, Room 307. Loud music was being played at approximately 1:30 am, making it impossible to sleep. At around 5:00 am, alarms were sounding within the building, causing further disruption, and at approximately 5:30 am the loud music from the neighbouring room started again. I didnt sample the breakfast due to the hygiene in hotel. Strong smells of weed throughout the hotel.

Not very clean and while I was there they had a water leak. Water was seeping in through the floor boards. I suspect it is not the first time due to evident water damage to walls and furniture.

The bathroom was dirty. There wasn't a blanket on the bed just a top sheet, the mattress was lumpy. The shuttle bus was dirty and the driver was begging for tips and he wasn't friendly. The front desk clerk was extremely rude.. NO I WILL NOT RETURN!!!!
