The property was incredible! I had booked my room online. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that there wasn’t a room available. Consequently, I didn’t have the opportunity to stay there. Nevertheless, it appears to be a fantastic place to stay.

I have stayed in La Quinta for many years and it was always good. We found hairs and stains in three rooms, bathrooms were nasty. Finally we were luckily to make a reservation at the Hyatt.

Smell of mildew asked for a refund it’s been a week still going back n forth with third party trying to get my money back

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet what we've come to expect from La Quinta hotels. The bathroom was in poor condition. We were only given two towels, even though we had a reservation for four adults. When we called reception for more towels, they said we would have to wait more than two hours and then go to the reception desk to get them. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:30 am, but when we went down to breakfast at 8:40 am, there was no coffee or milk left. We asked the person in charge of the kitchen, and he rudely refused to help or offer any solution. He was also listening to music on his headphones and singing loudly, disrupting the peace of breakfast.

Nice bed, good air conditioning and breakfast

Poor service

I am very disappointed with the condition of this property and believe Wyndham needs to do a much better job maintaining it. From the moment we arrived, it was apparent that the hotel is suffering from significant neglect.

The room looks ok until you went to check the bathroom it smelled like a public bathroom .bathroom wall and tub were dated walls Conner looks messy the shower curtain smells terrible like someone had purposely pee all over it. water running sound from the toilet all night I had to closed the bathroom door so I can sleep it late when I checked in so I went straight to bed. Thanks God I was only there for 1 night.

The worst hotel I have ever been to
-
Hotel was totally remodeling so it was understandable

La habitación está sin limpieza y el refrigerador no funcionaba, la puerta del baño no cerraba y la cafetera estaba dañada y el A C no enfriaba.

This property has seen much better days! They must not have had a vacuum, mop or broom. Furniture in the lobby area and breakfast are was worn badly. The health code rating was 87! They tried to make some updates to the room, like a nice sink and couch, but the room itself needed to be scrubbed! I killed 2 spiders! At least the front desk staff was nice. The other family members need to get to work!

Hallways spelled like strong weed and they were so bad that while sleeping in the bed, we couldn’t tell if the sheets and pillows were also smelling like weed or if the smell from the hallways leaked inside the room. Building and rooms need a huge update. Bathroom was so old that there was rust stains on toilet and tub, peeling of walls and floors. It was bad to the point to where the wife said she would wait until the next day when we got home to take a shower bc she said the age if the bathroom made it look dirty also. Next morning, breakfast was the worse, ever. The employee in the breakfast area didn’t want to be bothered with us. Instead he was having regular conversation with another customer; loud with cursing. I asked him if there was anything to drink at breakfast, he didn’t even answer!! How is there nothing to drink at a hotel breakfast. No water, no juices, nothing! I then let him know that I knocked the egg spoon on the floor by mistake, hoping that he would replace it, so that no one else would use it. All he did was shake his head. When we checked out, I purposely went to the breakfast area to see if he had replaced the spoon, and it had not been replaced!! When we moved to Georgia, LaQuinta Inns were our choice of hotel for quick beach trips. But lately they have been trash and this one was the worst!

It was basically unclean and poorly maintained. The bed was comfortable.

The floors was so dirty My room floor was peeling up scratch my foot Fridge was not cold ask for someone to fix it. Maintenance wasn't on property but they said they be back. I went out for 4 hours came back the fridge was still warm Bathroom wasn't clean I had to reclean it myself The only thing was good was the hot water in the room
-
The place stank. The tv didn’t work. They won’t answer the phone at the front desk. Many of the lights in the room wouldn’t turn on. The entire place is dirty.
-
Hotel was dingy and dirty, gum on walls, rust everywhere and A.C. barely got the room cold! 2/10 experience!

The staff ? Clean the bathroom ??

The person in the front desk assigned me to a room that was already in use. I walked in there was dirty towels and luggage and someone was in the bathroom. They assigned me to a new room and the sheets were stained and everything just felt dirty. Even the hallways and lobby just seemed out of date and dirty with stains on the walls etc.

1st room was not clean. Pillow covers dirty, comforter dirty, light above sink not working properly (had to wiggle switch). Found several bugs (not bed bugs) crawling around on bed. At first I thought I didn't kill the first one butthen I saw several more on the bed, which was easy to see since the bed was white and the bugs are dark. Desk was very wobbly, in fact I think the desk chair was holding it up. Went and ask for a different room which they did accommodate and at first the 2nd room looked better but after further looking the bed sheets were very dirty (either not changed or they don't know how to wash them properly. I didn't go any further on the 2nd room and decided to find different accommodations somewhere else. Told desk that I would like a refund, desk clerk stated before he could authorize a refund he would need to inspect the rooms. I told him whatever he needs to do otherwise I will be fighting this charge with my CC company.
