The Westin Atlanta Airport

Enjoyed the outdoor pool. Small but since we were the only ones using it, was plenty big. Bar was nice, drinks a little pricey but I guess that goes with the norm now. Kind of strange entrance from parking lot to lobby (go down stairs, under tunnel, back up stairs). Room clean, good size, AC was great.

I’m glad that Angel, Iesha and Viya were there with a very nice to my brother and I during our time together it was a memorable time during the World Cup 2026 Matches and a great breakfast with Angel and the conversation with each other of them I will share my experience with many friends and family and colleagues . I still feel Winners stayed and are on the Westin Staff So Best Wishes and Regards to the Westin Team 👏👏👏👏🇧🇷 Obrigado

Very clean rooms and great staff.

Great hotel, with lovely staff. The convenience of having 24/7 airport pick up and drop off is such an added bonus!

Unfortunately my flight was delayed and I arrived after 2 am. I was sitting at the shuttle spot before 3 am. At 3:20 I called the front desk who stated the shuttle driver asked if I just got there because shuttle leaves the airport at 15 and 45 minutes after the hour. I was annoyed that she suggested that I wasn’t there at 3:15. I am very clear that I was there because a cab driver offered me a ride and I said that my shuttle would be there in 7 minutes since it was 3:08 am The operator stated that she spoke to the driver and then she arrived to pick me up with others. The front desk personnel was kind and thoughtful for a 4 am check in. I checked out at 10 with a timely shuttle service.

The place was ok to stay, the stuff did not provide details upon check-in, no information about amenities and breakfast. A friend of mine also stayed with me at the same hotel. A charger was taken from his room by cleaning crew, took $5 tip and did not clean the room. Overall not so great experience at all. However the airport shuttle is very convenient to and from Atlanta airport. Staff wasn't helpful

I give Westin a 100+. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and informative. Using the hotel shuttle bus made it a easy commute to and from airport. Clean rooms, great breakfast/ Coffee shop and a bar, pool, gymnasium. Choose Westin you will not be disappointed.

Everything with the hotel was perfect I would recommend that the cleaning staff freshen up the towels in the rooms every other day so when they get used there not hard or have a wood smell
