The Westin Atlanta Airport

Stayed here after a missed connecting flight. The Westin made our whole travel experience better. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room & helpful staff.!

There was a roach in my room. Hotel change me to a different room and in this room the toilet was clogged. I did not like the third party parking company.

Very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable.

Don't waste your time here as the staff is rude and unprofessional when it comes to bringing concerns to them.

Avoid this hotel if you have a rental car. Their paid parking lot was a pain in the butt - the third party app went down so we got stuck in the parking lot. Once we got out had to spend 20 minutes on the phone talking with parking customer support in India to close out the payment. Room was nice and clean, quiet AC. Restaurant took 35 minutes to make a sandwich.

My only complaint is we had to ask multiple times for rags. The first time we asked we didn’t get any at all. Also never got to get into the pool because it was down for maintenance our whole stay. Other than that great hotel. The place was very clean and comfortable. Will be back next time I visit Georgia.

We took a family trip. Reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes very bad. We didn’t request to switch rooms because we were right next to each other and didn’t want to lose it. The pool was closed for maintenance. Other than that, the staff was great!

I was expecting better quality and cleanliness at a Westin. On the 4th floor there was 2 water bottles not picked up for my entire stay. (I have pictures) disgusting. I did not receive room service on Friday. For me I like my bed made daily. Good news I love the staff Tee,and Jamal was great he was very attentive.

An enjoyable stay. It's my hotel of choice at the ATL airport. My room was quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful, professional, and pleasant. The swimming pool and weight room are nice. I had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. I'll stay again.,

Perfect stay.

The room was cute I enjoyed it. There was hair on the and in the shower and shower head and some of the towels had makeup and residue on them before they were ever used by anyone in my party. Staff was kind and helpful!

The only thing was parking and not being told you have to pay every time you leave. That’s sucked.

Great scenery! Bar was nice, staff was pleasant.
