Nice stay, only one night

Lovely staff. It was my second time staying there at airport Marriott hotel I travel alone i feel safe The airport shuttle is extremely convenient. I definitely will be going back.

We were greater warmly upon arrival. There was no available king so we were given a double room. Ok. Were just overnight, anyway. Hotel is close to a few restaurants which we took Uber to. Also the bistro is open late so that's great. Grabbed a cocktail there. RICK was awesome! Also we grabbed breakfast in the morning before leaving. STEPHANIE was awesome as well. Great breakfast btw. We already decided the next time we have a layover, for sure we are staying at the Marriott, no question.(Place needs a little freshen up, esp the carpet but the rooms were nice and clean. And the bed was comfy!!!!!

It was nice. Enjoyed watching the airplanes. The windows in the 7th and 9th floor needs to be washed on the outside

The hotel and restaurant were “ok”. I expected more for the price. Room and bathroom were small

The room I booked was not available when I tried to check in. The hotel employee told me all the rooms had been sold out 4-5 hours before I booked my room.

I booked my stay through Expedia. When I arrived to the hotel and they went to look up my reservation they stated there were no available rooms when I booked with Expedia. As a matter of fact, there were several more people checking in with the same problem. No one helped me. The hotel was full of people sleeping in their lobby and restaurant area. Where is my refund of 202 dollars by the way?

Excellent service at the front desk as I was having room challenges. I was given a free upgrade and the restaurant choices were fabulous 👌 .My stay was excellent

Check in and check out we’re smooth. We parked our vehicle in extended parking for our trip to Puerto Rico. Everything went great! One tip is make sure you go to ground transportation west for the shuttle back to the hotel. If you keep that in mind it’ll be a smooth process from start to finish! The airport shuttle runs like clockwork.

The experience was a excellent home away from home, excellent hospitality and friendliness, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the beginning to end. Very supportive staff.

This was an awful experience all around. At check in not only could they not find my reservation despite having the email and confirmation number, but they also tried to charge me “on arrival to the hotel” when I had already paid. They required me to show my receipt. All of this took time and there was a line of approximately 15 families behind me. Then, despite advertising 24 hour in room dining, they only sold sandwiches at the front desk. We arrived late and chose this hotel based on their description of (24 hour dining.) They even had a QR code in the room where you could order room service but it didn’t work and no one answered the phone. The room itself was dirt and in disarray with popcorn ceiling, moldy bathroom areas, poor water pressure and cracks underneath the door where sunlight, bugs and rain could easily get through.

I would stay here again. Definitely a convenient place to stay....

Shuttle from airport is convenient and leaves every 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet and menu items were excellent and very affordable. Will stay again.
