Atlanta Airport Marriott

The experience was a excellent home away from home, excellent hospitality and friendliness, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the beginning to end. Very supportive staff.

This was an awful experience all around. At check in not only could they not find my reservation despite having the email and confirmation number, but they also tried to charge me “on arrival to the hotel” when I had already paid. They required me to show my receipt. All of this took time and there was a line of approximately 15 families behind me. Then, despite advertising 24 hour in room dining, they only sold sandwiches at the front desk. We arrived late and chose this hotel based on their description of (24 hour dining.) They even had a QR code in the room where you could order room service but it didn’t work and no one answered the phone. The room itself was dirt and in disarray with popcorn ceiling, moldy bathroom areas, poor water pressure and cracks underneath the door where sunlight, bugs and rain could easily get through.

I would stay here again. Definitely a convenient place to stay....

Shuttle from airport is convenient and leaves every 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet and menu items were excellent and very affordable. Will stay again.

Everything Nothing

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Friendly staff. Room service was great. Shower was in need of some repair, patched up with some silicon. Parking one night very expensive.

Flights were cancelled twice in a row and stayed at this Marriott very close to the airport. Great location and service.

The 24h airport ride was really nice.My check in was great the gentleman helping me was very welcoming,i would definitely book with them again.

There is a parking fee of $35/night. Thought this was a very high rate to pay in a very full limited outdoor lot.

Didn’t eat breakfast. But dinner was nice. You didn’t have an extra blanket and I got cold overnight. And you didn’t have amenities like a shower cap.

My room view was a Generator…

We came to stay the weekend. It was a nice hotel but you had to park and walk over to the rooms, you had to pay ALOT for breakfast. Pool was ok. Beds were not that comfy. I probably wouldn't stay again

I used Valet parking and it was a smooth process. The guys were great.

Close to the airport

Great place. Only issue: the beds are terrible. Not comfortable at all.
