Sonesta Atlanta Airport South

The tv wasn’t a smart tv and most of the channels didn’t work. There were ants everywhere. The toilet seat was yellow. No water pressure.

Would not stay here again. Booked through expedia. They did NOT have my reservation because their system was down. Stayed in the lobby for hours without resolution until about 1:30am. Then the person at front desk said I wouldn't get refund since they are now offering the room. Was only able to stay in the room for 3.5 hrs before I needed to leave for flight. Very disappointing stay. When I did make it to the room, I almost slipped, not sure what cleaning products they use on the tile but my sneakers had no grip. They definitely need to fix that before someone gets hurt.

Great stay in a clean, basic hotel. We arrive late and requested extra bedding that never arrived. The entrance and lobby area are very impressive but the rooms are dated. Very comfortable beds. The whole hotel was clean. We had breakfast included but had to go back to reception to get our vouchers. We had 5 staying but only allowed 2 vouchers for breakfast per room. The breakfast was great, with options for vegetarian and dairy free. Overall good value for money and we would definitely stay again.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The room is comfortable, but carpet really old and there was hair from a previous stay all over the bathroom floor. Overall, it was decent for what it cost....updates to room needed.

Rooiare clean, bathroom is spacious and close to the airport. They offer free shuttle to the airport and from the airport to the hotel every 30min

Close to the airport, super easy

The staff were great and the room seemed clean but the rooms are horribly outdated. Rust on door frames, water damage on the ceiling, damp carpet due to humidity and mildewy smells. The first room we got we couldn’t stay in. The bedspreads were even damp. The second room was better but the carpets were still damp. We won’t choose this hotel again.

It Was Ok!

Every staff member we met was friendly, professional and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and met our needs. We could hear the planes from ATL but they weren’t disruptive. The breakfast was delicious- very pleased. It was a little understaffed but the employees working there were doing their very best- friendly, knowledgeable, quick once we got seated, and very efficient. Shuttle was very timely and the driver helpful and safe. Pool was a nice temperature and clean. My only (slight) disappointment was that the conditioner bottle needed refilling but I was pleasantly surprised they provided conditioner which many hotels don’t. I would gladly stay here again & recommend to family.

Not that bad 3 start

The property is convenient to the airport and they also have a shuttle to airport . It's about 15 minutes from major stores. The staff is not very nice , rude to people.

The hotel was clean and the people was very help and nice I would come back and stay again.

I like the room was clean and neat and so was the hotel I didn’t like using a key for everything and that it didn’t have breakfast
