Great service enjoyed my stay fully
-
Couldn’t stay there. Didn’t get refunded.

The staff was excellent. I unfortunately stayed there shortly after they had a fire. I could smell smoke still only on the first floor and only near the conference rooms and the activity area. The weight room was leaking. The pool area also leaking ceiling. The Hot tub made it impossible to use the pool. Extremely hot and steamy.

Staff friendly

Clean spacious room in comfortable bed. Only a few minutes from the airport.

Customer service at this hotel is terrible. I have tried to speak to a manager and general manager about a booking issue I have had and I cannot get in touch with anyone. The hotel’s General Manager has a full voice mailbox, and the front desk will place calls on hold and never go back to them.

Had a short stay at the property due to a cancelled flight. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport that is very convenient. Property was clean, however the bathrooms need a little work. It is possible only our room was like this. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. It soaked multiple towels.

The place looks okay

Beautiful room and super comfy bed for our layover. Everyone was genuinely kind

The room was clean. It was a very big room. Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast.
-
Staff was 100 percent on top of their game. Room perfect. Shuttle service to the Airport may be best in Atlanta.
-
Room was clean, staff were helpful and it was a social or sports bar which had good food options. The hotel is a little dated but the fact it’s reasonably priced and close to the domestic terminal it was well worth the price.

Arrived at the hotel around 11:00pm give or take. Checked it, that process was smooth. Figured I’d go and order food at the onsite restaurant. Placed the order at 11:16pm didn’t get my food until 11:50pm about 8 people came in after me and got their food before me. The lady working gave my food away multiple times hence why I waited for so long. Then I was told I’d have to buy bottled water from the front desk and I was not able to get water out of the gun from the bar.. whatever just very odd practice for a restaurant. Either way I’d likely never stay at this property again, it was stale the ceiling in the lobby was gross and it was just run down. For $150 a night I’d at least expect free water in the lobby. They do have a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport though so that was nice.
-
We could not get our room A/C to cool down as comfortable as we would have like but it was operational. We did not bring it to the staff attention.
-
The breakfast area was supposed to open at 6 am. I left for the airport at 6:45 and they were still setting up the restaurant. They should have at least started the coffee machines.

Great room and very secure
-
Just seems like maintenance was lacking, but it was clean, nice and staff was friendly enough. Restaurant staff was very slow. Especially our waitress…. I got our own silverware and sharing plates… wasn’t worth asking her to wait 2 hours for a plate. Service charge was automatically included in the bill so…… I’ll stay at the hotel but definitely will not go to the restaurant again.

Was close to the Airport.
-
Great place especially if you need an affordable hotel for an overnight layover. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The attached restaurant has one of the sweetest bartenders there.

Clean room
