Close to the airport nothing

The room was not properly cleaned and had trash around

We liked the courtesy bus to and from the airport, the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and beautifully cooked. The bar supply of beer was pitifull. We arrived to find 5 prople already in the bar, so when we ordered beers we effectively emptied the supply, This was only at 6.30pm!

Not very helpful with how to get to the International terminal from the hotel.. They should be more knowledgeable as their shuttle only runs to the domestic. We nearly missed our plane due to lack of knowledge by the staff. This should be a must as many visitors are flying out internationally

Do not stay here. I made this reservation because after driving a long trip to on a plane the next day, I wanted a relaxing meal and a room close to the airport. This hotel was short-staffed, there was almost no food in the kitchen, and front desk staff were preparing what food was left in the kitchen, but doing it very poorly. I was never offered flatware or a glass for my drink. Once I got to my room it was noisy because it was next to the pool, it reeked of chlorine, and the carpet was actually wet. I could not find a manager to tell about these problems, and front desk staff were busy with many guests arriving and trying to prepare food. It was absolutely ridiculous, so I just gave up and went to sleep. A horrible experience.

I was traveling alone and meeting up with some family to continue. This place felt safe and worry free. I had a misunderstanding about the pet friendly advertisement. You still pay $75 for the pet fee.

The only thing I would sat is that it was a little noisy from being so close to the airport, but I suspect that should be expected.

Ok, hotel very clean, conveniently located to ATL. Noisy from takeoffs if that is the runway they are using. Bring earplugs. Expected that so not my issue. Hotel advertises airport shuttle service ( main reason I booked) We weren’t able to use because our flight left from Intl. terminal. They don’t go there. When returning at 11 pm on a Wed. We called for pickup and nobody answered. Called 3 times. Cost us extra $65 in Lyft round trip to hotel. Be aware. Good hotel otherwise. Parking safe and $20/day.

A good night’s sleep on a forced layover. Staff were friendly but stay was so short it was mostly sleep and go.
