We called and asked what the age limit was to stay here and they said 18 but when checking in I was told 21 but thankfully the staff was nice enough to still allow us to stay.

Room was not clean well toliet was dirty . Sheets had stains ..

Charged me independently of Expedia. I'm disputing double charge.

The bathroom floors were not cleaned.

There pool was closed and they told me after I booked that I could use next doors pool. I went next door dressed and ready and they didn’t have a pool

Close to the airport, good airport shuttle. The road noise was very loud & it was difficult to sleep.

I liked the china 7 down the street, food was superb ??... as far as the hotel it needs major upgrade! T.v was like being in 1967, only got old shows, western and the screen still would blot out. This is 2026 they have to do better! Sheets and pillowcases looked like they were never buy new ones. Do better, the staff was great it just looks like the owner doesn't put back into the establishment. The quality. As a owner one should put back into their establishment! So many upgrades needed!!! Throw away those filthy beddings and upgrade those televisions!!!!

No elevator. Hair all of the bed. Dust on ceiling is sign of poor ventilation.

Awesome as usual.

The beds were comfortable and the cleaning of the facilities was good in the inside. Ok, I did not like that we were moved from one room to another due to the tv not working and charging stations not working in the assigned room. The items like water are overly priced.The breakfast area and food needs upgrades. Kitchen with hot served breakfast is popular. The pool was not in working condition for quest. The hotel entrance area needs upgrades like new furniture, paint the stairs, new carpet, decorative pictures and accessories are needed.

It had rooms available, had a shuttle from the airport, and the staff was friendly. The room was hot, the floor was wet/sticky/slippery, there were chunks of black debris eminating from the wall unit providing AC, and the sheets had stains on them.

Did not make breakfast was too tired Longer stay

Close to airport, rooms are okay The staff at check in apparently had no clue how to actually get us checked in with booking.com and kept demanding more money. We had to call booking.com twice because they booked our rooms with our guests name instead of mine, and then again because he didn’t understand how to make sure it was al paid for. He was very rude and didn’t understand when we told him we already paid the full amount and that he needs to figure out why he can’t find the money and refused to help at all. Pool was closed even though it was June. Also still hasn’t refunded our two $50 deposits. Overall it was an okay hotel but the man at the front desk made the stay miserable. No one wants to deal with an unfriendly customer after traveling for hours or before an early flight either.
