Comfortable and Nice Staff The pool is not operational.

Close to airport, rooms are okay The staff at check in apparently had no clue how to actually get us checked in with booking.com and kept demanding more money. We had to call booking.com twice because they booked our rooms with our guests name instead of mine, and then again because he didn’t understand how to make sure it was al paid for. He was very rude and didn’t understand when we told him we already paid the full amount and that he needs to figure out why he can’t find the money and refused to help at all. Pool was closed even though it was June. Also still hasn’t refunded our two $50 deposits. Overall it was an okay hotel but the man at the front desk made the stay miserable. No one wants to deal with an unfriendly customer after traveling for hours or before an early flight either.

The staff The bed was not clean.

Ms Trudy was a shining star with a smile a beautiful aura from from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and neat. The air conditioner worked great. The onky thing i really missed or needed in the room was the mirror on the dresser. It makes the timeframe for 2 moment to get dressed take longer. But we worked it out. Love the invite free parking.

Price and how close it was to the airport TV would not work and breakfast was very minimal

I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. The property had a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere felt poorly maintained. My interaction with the night staff was also disappointing—they seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question, which made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the customer service and condition of the property did not justify staying here.

It was a place to sleep The t v was broke you could tell someone threw something at it the water pressure sucked. The rooms were not the cleanest.There was nasty crumbs in all the drawers . The guy that was working the front desk when we checked in was rude

Price Customer service was horrible, pool was advertised yet was not open nor available during our stay. Staff lacked customer service skills. Killed 3 roaches in front of staff yet they didn’t even say anything.

The bathroom had mold on the wall and in the shampoo and conditioner dispensers, the room was hot and the tv remote was broken where you had to literally stand in front of the tv to use it.

It was okay you should inform travelers that there's no elevator to the second floor 😲

The bed was comfortable. Yes, that establishment could have been cleaner plus it was june, and the pool was covered and gross.

Cleanliness and very nice staff Wanted more breakfast choices

It was very clean and quiet. Restaurants were right up the street. They charged my debit card $200. Rm was $93 and a $50 damage deposit but I was charged $50 twice. The staff did explain sometime the system charge twice. This morning only $50 came back to my account. My recommendation is pay cash.
