Wyndham Garden Atlanta Airport

Staff just overwhelmed and not trained to handle long line. Poor operations and planning by hotel. Sign said they often get fully booked but clearly staff not trained to handle situation. The “Market” was closed so couldn’t buy water. Told to come back in an hour. It was 10:30pm. Not waking up at 11:30pm to buy water that should be available 24/7. Never going to a Wyndham again.

The room was great. The staff was great. The airport shuttle was great. The staff at Bowties (the onsite bar & grill) was terrible, Very slow to respond. No refills on tea. No silverware. And an automatic 18% tip. Which was not earned! Will stay there again but will not eat at that bar and grill.

Carpet was stained and chair was torn in one area. I think they should clean better

I didn’t like the hidden charges for parking. I wish management would make it clear that parking is not free instead of stating self parking.

We stood here on a quick layover, it was perfect. This hotel provides great airport shuttle service, walking distance to restaurants and other places. Staff is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Was not given three towels from Thursday to Sunday. I asked but never got. Check out time at 11am is strict. Breakfast is OK. Gymn is ok. Pool: no comment. Dis not go there. Elevator has some issues. Proximity to the airport is good: 6 minutes from the airport. Overall: I won't ever use them. Won't refer them to anyone.

Room: bathroom doors don't stay open so it smelled weird. Had to use garbage bin to keep door open. Breakfast: minimal variety. 99% carbs (bread, waffles, yogurt, fruit). Coffee not good. Accessibility parking: none at the front - terrible! Only available in the back. Not flexible on late check out.

Better than last time when they lost power in the whole hotel

Clean rooms and the check in lady was wonderful. She has blonde hair, black girl. She was wonderful.

Had dinner there - Caprese plate was delicious and staff were friendly & helpful.

I loved my stay! I will definitely recommend family and come back!

The power went out the rooms got hot and it took 3 hours before the lights came back on

Our stay was great! We were poolside. Room was clean and spacious! The breakfast had a great variety.
