Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet seat installed did not properly fit the bowl and was too small. Also there were not enough sheets to make the pull out couch.

Overall I had a good stay, just a horrible check in process.

There were more positives than a negative even though the negative was the first impression. When we arrived, the Hilton Hotel System was completely down and there was no time frame. The lobby began filling up. We arrived between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. and had an event for 7 p.m. We were definitely not pleased knowing how ATL/Suburban traffic can be and fully expecting to go straight to our room. This alone deserved a credit. Taylor and Heaven were an asset to keep people calm and continued their smiles and positive customer service throughout that weekend. We signed in, they watched our luggage, and directed us to the beverage and snack area. Eventually, the front desk and Hilton Management figured out how to do it manually. This was a lifesaver. The Embassy was hosting multiple family reunions, and it was a wonderful site to host people out of this hot sun. The amenities of evening beverages, breakfast with made to order omelets are still unique to Embassy Suites and two that I highly appreciate. In addition, Embassy does recognize the family aspect by maintaining a microwave and fridge in their rooms where other high caliber hotels like the Embassy fail at this. Embassy does not. Our stay was short and our king room was needed. I always love the separation with a door between the bedroom and sitting area. This is a real nice location surrounded by a mall, eating places, a parking garage, & MARTA in walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

The atrium is very loud, you hear people until very late in the night. I put my ear plugs in at 11:30 pm. The ladies working happy hour were unfriendly and dismissive. My hotel rm was clean but the A/C would not lower. The hard platform bed does not work for me. The small breakfast space is overcrowded with people on top of each other. Of all the Embassy Suites in the Atlanta area, this is my least favorite and I won't be back.

We stopped here en route to North Carolina, as we did last year. It’s a super convenient location off the interstate and very nice accommodations. It will remain our “pit stop” for future road trips.

Staff are super friendly, love the location, and how clean they keep the property, except for the jacuzzi. The water was cloudy, and it had a weird smell, other than that, my family and I loved it.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great location. Great breakfast.

Comfortable bed, a good variety of options for breakfast, great staff and very clean rooms

This hotel is very close to a local shopping mall and strip malls. Parking is additional cost. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast available. Complimentary afternoon snack and alcoholic beverage is a nice touch.

Everything was great except upon checking in the lady at the front desk told me she didn’t have a room ready for me even though I booked the reservation about 3 months ahead of time. After waiting a little while I went back up to ask her how much longer is it gonna be and she got an attitude and told me she don’t know. So overall we had to sit and wait a half of hour to get checked in.

The main reason for coming was for pool and relaxation staff was amazing breakfast was good very clean overall just disappointed pool was almost unbearable to swim in “ice cold” wasn’t made aware of warmer being broken until after booking… due to son’s condition he wasn’t able to get in at all we came for our birthdays it would’ve been nice to know
