Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center

The staff location and cleanliness I’ve stayed here a few times now and have had issues with the air conditioner in a few of the rooms. Either not cooling enough or dripping condensation onto the floor of the room. The staff was quick to respond and have the issues addressed.

We stayed for the weekend, perfect for our family. The breakfast was good, there were different options for each morning. Staff were friendly and the property was nice. We would stay here again.

I was attending DragonCon and booked a room for the 5 days/4 nights of the Con. The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping only comes every 7 days, so if you’re stay is six days or less you won’t get housekeeping services. Breakfast was included and it was fine. It was in a great location, close to a variety of shops and the MARTA station.

Beyond a great floor plan, this specific Sonesta is right by a mall. This means you're not far from any essentials or restaurants. All that and being only 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, while being tucked away in a tree-filled quiet suburb meant that we could have our cake and eat it too. The price was fair. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was... exactly the same as all mid-level family hotels with free breakfast. A rotating menu of powdered/restored eggs (or pre-made egg-patties-with-american cheese), breakfast meat, reheated frozen home fries (1 out of 4 breakfasts actually crisped them up), and your never-ending array of toastables, cereal, fruit, etc. Something for everyone, and worth it for the room. Will DEFINETELY stay here again.

The room was spacious and bed was at least clean. Was not vacuumed or swept. Long black hair was all over the carpet and tile and in the bathroom. Hallways smelled like marijuana and trash because custodians left bags of trash overnight in the halls every night. Noise complaints were ignored as they just readily allowed people to stomp around and yell and let kids run up and down the halls. Walls and door had damage and looks like no attempts have been made to repair them. Requested an early checkout and they denied it and offered no refund. Booking.com also ignored messages sent.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will be back again next year! The staff is great, the rooms wonderful, amenities outstanding and having close access to MARTA perfect! We stay for Dragon Con and I've had such wonderful experiences that I frequently recommend this location to fellow con goers!

It was clean an had nice gym an pool but the staff was not helpful we went all weekend with no ac it was a birthday trip an it was uncomfortable

Great place for bringing a pet and so close to good restaurants and stores. Very convenient location and well managed facility.
