Loved the staff!!! My only complaint is that the pullout sofa mattress needs replacing ASAP!!! My 10 year old ended up sleeping with us because the metal springs were poking her.

The breakfast was nice and decent.

Excellent room, comfortable bed, clean and spacious. If the neighbors are noisy at night, call the front desk and they would take care of it.

A working toaster in my room.

The toaster DID NOT WORK in my room and I can't imagine why it wasn't already repleaced. I left a note in the toaster and placed on it on top of the trash can in my room. The note said, "This toaster is toast. You need to replace." A working toaster in my room.
