Our stay was perfect. Great room. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was both kind and professional. My favorite part is the location. The park and indoor pool made the weekend fun.

The staff was very nice and helpful on top of having a busy weekend. The room I stayed was also clean and very well maintained.

The bellman Sherief was invaluable with ensuring not only that our luggage got to the car from our room, in a very busy lobby and elevator, but intervened in an uncomfortable moment with another guest. I will continue to come back to Crown Plaza Ravenia, when my family comes in town

Fantastic location and adjacent park. Bar area & Lobby are VERY nice and updated. Rooms need some TLC but nice & well equipped.

Honestly pretty blown away . Restaurant is great . The bars were awesome . Nature trail in the back is just way too cool . Great location . Big comfy rooms . Very clean . Soft beds . Bathrooms are large , clean . Great showers . Just an all around great experience

Staff was friendly. Any request from housekeeping was immediately responded to. Our stay was very enjoyable. Food at restaurant was delicious.

The location was near the metro, it had a beautiful landscape, walkable to places to eat, etc. all of this made my stay fantastic

I actually checked out the same night I checked in. The room wasn’t that clean, the chair was dirty, not sure what was happening n there. Room not vacuumed, tables not wiped down. The first manager still wanted to charge us 1 night, even though we didn’t stay any nights. The night manager was very, professional and helpful. He refunded everything back.

Clean pretty and great people

Everything Was great. The staff was helpful. The property was clean and a plus was the Water fall in the back of the property with a stream.

Room was clean, parking was pretty expensive over all great experience! Everyone was so nice and sweet!

The staff was absolutely amazing, my room was great and the food was superb. This was my 4th stay and ill definitely be back.
