I've stayed in various hotels in this area and I like this one the best. The location is great and the property is beautiful plus the staff was very nice. The only issue I had was the wifi. The wifi was really slow kept dropping while my husband was working in the room.

The WiFi is terrible. The lobby and outdoor area is beautiful. I wish the pool was outside with a hot tub. The room was ok. Nothing spectacular. I don’t like that the stairway to the lobby is closed. You have to ride the elevator, even if you’re on the second floor and there’s a long line for the elevator.

Restaurant downstairs had great food, but operates as cashless. We had credit card fraud while traveling and when we tried to pay in cash we’re looked at like we were crazy, and strangely enough it took staff 20 minutes to suggest charging the meal to the room after sending us up to the front desk to try to pay cash. This is a very large hotel so when events let out at the conference center be prepared to wait a long time to go up back upstairs to your room. When asked about stairs available, we had to request security to unlock them. Overall the rooms were nicely updated, clean and the housekeeping staff efficient and pleasant. Great place to stay if you want to be on the outside perimeter of the city and close to shopping and restaurants at the Perimeter Mall.

2. No microwave in the room. Was told to call down if that was the case & see if they had one to bring up. The girl that checked me in was newish and wasn’t 100% sure. Called down and some snarky man with an accent said no. 3. I couldn’t go down to heat up my food because the wait & crowd at the elevators. 4. I went to refrigerate my food (that I couldn’t heat up) and the fridge was not cold. I went to change the temp but the knob was missing. I called down to get a new fridge and encountered the same snarky agent that said someone would come up and check it. An hour went by and no one had come. 5. I forgot to tell them at the desk. After the poor experience I had I just wanted to leave and get somewhere comfortable but someone in that floor was smoking and the smell was entering the room. I checked out and left. Explained my experience at the front desk. I was there for approximately 2 hours. Worst hotel experience in recent history.

1. Rooms were not cleaned in time. 2. Limited amount of Microwaves per rooms that requires to be requested. For a hotel of this reputation that is not acceptable. 3. The front desk operators were not nice and attitude was shown. Customer Service needs to be improved

You should not have to pay 25.00 for parking, you're staying at the hotel and paying those costs. It is consumer robbery. No microwave in the room. Hotel representative initially gave me the wrong room number, so I had to come back to the lobby for corrections.

We loved everything!! The food tasted amazing and the staff was so helpful! Nothing, everything was great!

Bad Paying for parking with reservation

Perfect stay! This was my 3rd time staying here by choice for work trips. The location is great, amenities are helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’ll definitely continue to book room here.

The room was beautiful they had plenty of towels and a very nice mini fridge check out was very easy. Had a view of trees
