Clean room. Helpful staff. Issue with my AC, but they did try to fix it.

I liked the location , and the aesthetic of how the hotel blended into the scenery. Staff was very warm and friendly especially Michael the bartender. Hotel is also close to the mall and plenty restaurants. Free shuttle within 2 miles was excellent. I will be back.

Always book here when staying in Atlanta

Everything was really great. Thalia customer service and attentiveness was on point. She was nice and understanding which you don’t find that anymore. Rooms were clean and nice looking.

Everything was nice but the staff failed to give me a copy of my receipt. The machine wasn’t working so they were going to email it to me in 10 minutes. It’s now 6-7 hours later and I still have no receipt of payment.

Upon arriving at the hotel to check-in, I was informed that the reservation had been cancelled, despite receiving confirmation emails from Expedia/Hotels.com four hours prior with instructions to pay-at-property. The hotel let us know they were fully booked. I did not lose money but wasted hours on the phone trying to sort out the issue and still ended up having to find another hotel. I was disappointed with the disorganization, lack of communication and what I felt was a money grab to re-sell my room at a higher price.

Beautiful place

Oma at the coffee stand is a fantastic employee and always makes me feel like I’m at home.. I look forward to seeing her whenever I stay there

Some of the lights were not working or busted

clean room but one night room service didn’t come, and the pool was cold on my visit, but staff was very helpful and easily accommodating. i felt so very safe and welcomed and they remained personable, would stay again!

Loved the property, it was beautiful and the stay was great.

Overall my experience was geat. Only downside was the heat didn’t work in the indoor pool and the water was freezing. I booked the room based on the one particular amenity to enjoy with the kids. But the room was nice and they have great food at the restaurant

This was a great stay! I loved the delicious food options at Parkwood restaurant. The staff was also very helpful and this hotel was in a great location too. The room was clean and I would absolutely stay here again. It was a great experience.

The property was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I did not like was there was not a microwave in the room
