Hyatt Place Atlanta / Perimeter Center

Overall great experience, close to everything we needed on our trip there. Cleanest could been better in the room we stayed in, beds were not clean completely from the top sheets to the pillow cases. Food was tasteless and the choices were basic. Other than that the stay was good

The staff definitely does everything possible to accommodate you. When I come here for business this is where I stay. It is walking distance from everything a mall, restaurants, if you don’t want to drive to another part of town the Marta train is a literal 3 min walk.

The suite was amazing - top floor corner with windows all around. Front desk staff (check in and check out) were so engaging and friendly. Great property

Well kept hotel. Shopping & dining were nearby. Hotel is adjacent to a mall. Fitness center was convenient. Breakfast felt limited but was sufficient. At some point there was a foul odor near the corridor to on site parking. The staff immediately addressed it.

Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel is well maintained with a great location steps away from shopping and dinning options and public transportation with direct access to the airport. Only issue was that despite requesting room to be refreshed/cleaned, housekeeping never came during my 3 night stay. At least I kept the room tidy, but would have preferred receiving the housekeeping service.

This is one simple and clean facility with friendly and bright registration staffs. It’s access to parking lot was great and simple and it’s location is perfect surrounded by great malls and restaurants. The only thing that I wanted to see was omelette station for the free continental breakfast. Thank you.

Very lovely place to stay downtown and convenient to several restaurants and things to do.

Had to pay for parking- $18/night. It was simple, very close and safe, though. Everything else was great. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but they weren’t horrible. Great pillows, fluffy and largish towels and wonderful shower!

Had a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located, well maintained with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was that the shades didn’t close all the way so my room was pretty bright when I was trying to sleep

Twice now via hotel.com l purchased a hotel stay and twice once got to the hotels I was given a Handicapped room.

Oh and I had to ask for housekeeping after I realized there were black stains on my comforter
