I was please with everything

Amazing stay the only thing that would make this place better is a pool.

Wonderful stay

Great location, close to the mall and 5 min from the train station.

There is a lot to like here. The property is new and well planned. There is plenty of parking. The rooms had space for suitcases. The shower was amazing with plenty of soap and shampoo. They had large bottles in the shower. The shower had to heads, kind of european style. Giant TV. Lots of towels. Beautiful lobby and bar. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is just around the corner from multiple restaraunts and bars. Target also close by. Can't wait to go back.

Great location and the facilities were gorgeous

The location was convenient to everything and after coming back from town. It was nice coming back to a quiet and secluded neighborhood.

Rooms are large, modern and very pleasant. I made a great choice to stay here. making reservations for later this summer.

The property was very clean. It smelled really good. I really have no complaints. Everything was great.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, the front desk associate, Victoria, did not provide any of the standard information typically given during check-in. I happened to overhear another associate welcoming a couple checking in at the same time and explaining the hotel’s amenities, breakfast, Wi-Fi, and other helpful details. When I politely asked why I hadn’t received the same information, Victoria responded, “I thought you heard when she was telling them,” even though I was checking in separately and had no connection to the other guests. She then shrugged, commented that I was “only staying one night,” and quickly rushed through the information in a joking tone. Regardless of whether a guest is staying one night or five, every guest deserves the same level of hospitality and service. That interaction did not reflect the quality of the hotel itself, and thankfully it didn’t define the rest of my stay, which was enjoyable. However, I hope management provides additional customer service training

Staff was horrible! Customer Service can’t be taught! The hotel itself , amenities and location I’d give 5 stars .

The location was great Both the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made a loud noise everything time you moved. The beds need to be replaced.

Is central location to shops and places to eat When booking, I chose a rate that included breakfast. Well apparently that wasn’t true because we had to pay 25 bucks for breakfast the next morning. If you don’t have rates that include breakfast, don’t put it as an option.

Head shower, simple room and modern No breakfast include !

Everything about this place was wonderful!

I didn't get to stay long, but the overall experience was fantastic. The staff was amazingly helpful. I will stay there again in the future.

We didn't pay for breakfast and the location was good. The beds where kind of small to be queen beds and the rooms wasn't that spacious. The sink stayed stopped up!

Only stayed one night but everything was clean and nice. The staff was friendly. I love that the room didn’t have nasty carpet. Very nice bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. The A/C worked well and wasn’t too loud. Very nice gym.
