**Not sure where to put this, but the hotel is towards the outskirts of Atlanta and if you want to go downtown you will either have to drive and find parking or take public transport. We preferred this as we had a little one and this way we didn't have to worry about high noise levels outside the hotel. I think the biggest issue with the hotel is the parking. As others stated, the parking is up a hill, accessible by either steps or a steepish hill. I have a disability placard so I was lucky enough to be able to park close to the door my entire stay, but spaces are very limited even for disability parking. If you do not have a placard and have any mobility issue, please keep this in mind when booking.

They charge for parking. Pouring rain and they blocked the carport to change lightbulbs in the middle of a busy time while pouring rain, Breakfast is not free as advertised.

We stayed here twice and were allowed to check in early both times. Th hotel is very clean, and the staff is very responsive.

The staff were not helpful, no name tags so couldnt catch their name. Not helpful at all, very rude.

Tuscans (I know misspelled) was very courteous and helpful as well!

Parking is up a hill and not particularly convenient. The front desk clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants nearby without getting back into heavy Atlanta traffic. The clerk at checkout was just...strange. I said "hello" to her when I approached the desk and she just stared at me. A minute or two into the checkout I asked if she knew where I could get a cup of ice, and she ignored me for several seconds. No response, nothing. After about a 30 second delay she just walked away. I watched her go to the restaurant and get a cup of ice, confirming that she had, indeed, heard me. I wasn't expecting her to go get the ice for me; I was simply wanting to know where I could get some. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she has social issues. Whatever was going on in her life, she needs to learn how to be more personable and professional if she's going to be dealing with the public.

The breakfast could have been better, but for $10 it was decent. I loved the proximity to Truist Park. I loved my overall experience and I will book here again.
