Horrible. They switched me to three different rooms. Each room had roaches and stunk upon entry. The stock photos from the hotel are very deceptive. Parking is annoying and not free evening though my booking was supposed to include free parking and breakfast. The attendant tried to charge me for breakfast as well. This was a very bad first impression of my first time staying at Hilton and I will never spend my money with this company again.

There was no mention of a $50 / day security deposit until I got to check-in which i was forced to pay or cancel my trip. Staff was very unhelpful with this issue. Also, the breakfast is expensive and not included. If it's not free with the room why even mention it in the description without also mentioning the price? Also the parkingis $8 a day not $5 and is all up a huge hill with limited handicap parking by the front door. There should be a shuttle to get down the hill or an elevator or walkway to get directly from the parking garage to the hotel. Do better.

Awful service, gross interior with bugs in the lobby, and pubic hair on the mattress. Absolute worst place I have ever been. DONT STAY HERE EVER.

We felt like they were spending a lot on upgrading the outside when the rooms could use some attention! The beds were not as comfortable and were noisy as other hotels in the area that we have stayed at. The fridge was iced up and what we stored in there overnight was frozen the next morning. When we arrived at 10:30 pm the temperature in the room was very stuff and smell very musty. That improved after we turned the ac back to 66. Just generally short on service and upkeep compared to other motels.

The room was nice, and the staff was friendly. We love that they are pet-friendly and have self-parking.
