Great place to stay for the price and convenience to everything around. Just a short drive into the big city

Very nice hotel if you’re ok with staying outside of downtown. Staff was fantastic. Easy parking and great amenities

Sadly, my stay was overshadowed by a billing error on the hotel's side in which they double billed me for my complete trip and how poorly the hotel management handled the issue. I am still awaiting a refund which was advised may take another 7 days which brings refund time between 3 weeks and a month after my stay ended. Mistakes happen but the incorrect information, lack of accountability empathy and avoidance of assisting with resolution by the manager would leave those unwilling to fight for a refund defeated and ripped off. I received an inproproate email from the accountant / manager and after contacting corporate- Someone recalled the email and the GM emailed me ( appearing to have limited or mis information ) and advised me I am in fact due a refund for their erroneous double charge. He offered a restricted free night in the near future with expiration at his discretion. I live more than five hours away and wouldn't feel comfortable staying at this location again based on my overall experience. Appreciate the gesture but would strongly caution anyone who values their time, their money, or feeling respected to book elsewhere.

This place is immaculate and phenomenal I will definitely stay here again. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I booked this at the last minute. I really enjoyed the room. The staff were lovely and helpful. My only issue, while there was parking, it’s not free but it’s Atlanta so that’s to be expected. The parking deck is 30 steps up a hill and there’s no way to get your luggage without either leaving it at the door, then parking, or carrying it down the hill. For solo travelers, that’s annoying. I also didn’t use the WiFi because it’s not free. Other than that I enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast was the only good thing. There's a lot of things wrong with this place, it's the first time I get into a hotel where you have to pay for water. You don't get ANY water. Their response is that bottled water is for "honors" members, otherwise you'll have to pay. Bed had a hairball of blonde hair, my hair is short so clearly was from a previous guest. I stayed for 4 nights, they only cleaned the room ONCE (I never had the please do not come in sign) They do a 200 usd hold that takes 5 BUSINESS days to clear, that's insane, how can you take so long to see if a guest broke something? Hallway had a cup of ketchup that was all over the floor, staff is not dressed accordingly, just a terrible overall experience

Everything was good place was clean front desk staff checking in and checking out was welcoming, pleasant. But the bartender Ozie I believe that's his name complained that he was just him working, he let it be known he told management and they did nothing about it there were 5 people sitting at the bar four people in the tables that's including myself. I waited for about 10 min before getting up to go to bae to get acknowledged when I did a gentamen placed order before me requesting a burger and what he wanted on it before he was interrupted by Ozie saying look your not going to get all that we back up the cook back up it's a lot of people waiting he was rude and dismissive the guy didn't get anything. It was time for me to order I told him I didn't want anything the way he talked the the gentleman before me made me not want to spend my money in a place like that and I was hungry. I wanted breakfast the next morning but opted out of getting it because of my experience last night. The entire place heard about his disgruntle I was not in a place for that some people get away to clear their minds you never know what people are going through. You plan a day of escape to only get rude and nasty unprofessional service providers.

An ATO81 Hilton Garden charged unexpected and unexplained of $20 was charged to my credit card and it was not for parking my parking charge was separate they didn’t explain it or return it i just had to eat it

This is in a nice location and reasonably priced. On of my main reasons for picking this hotel was the free parking. I will not pay to stay at a hotel that you have to pay a parking fee to use their parking lot. This hotel has no fee listed but in fact does charge you to park up about 30 stairs in a parking lot. They also charge you $10-$16 to eat the standard hotel breakfast. I stay in this area a few times a year and will not be returning to this one.

Restful

The charge for the breakfast that lower grade hotels give for free. The distance to parking with no direct access to the hotel. There was a charge for this too.
