Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina

On both occasions, my deposit was held for more than a week after checkout. Each time, I had to call the property, only to be told that the deposit had never been released when I checked out. I also had to send multiple emails to supervisors and managers to get the issue resolved. My most recent stay was on July 18, 2026, and my deposit still has not been released. I have not received a response to my email or the return phone call I was told I would receive. While the property itself is excellent, the repeated problems with deposit handling have made what should have been a positive experience unnecessarily frustrating.

It was confusing on the website, I thought breakfast was included

From check in to departure, this hotel exceeds expectations. The staff is very attentive and professional. My room was lovely-quiet and restful, Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

Items in the bathroom: shower cap and grooming kit boxes were there. But they were empty. I have to get them from the cleaning crew.

I loved it the pool is located on the 3 floor and it’s only 3ft 6in deep all around so it’s great for little kid's to swim. The staff was awesome they were great. Extremely knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. I would recommend this place and they well deserved 10 stars

Nice hotel for a good price.

Parking was easy. Overall the staff was pleasant. But, the rooms are old, holes in towels, and rooms not cleaned well. All in all, it was just okay. I wouldn’t come back.

I like the surrounding of the area,rooms ,prices,but I would prefer the breakfast to be included,and n the room there was coffee machine which is good ,thank you for that,but also there were 2 bottles of water (500ml)for the cost of 3 dollars each,I think the water should be free,because the water is the cheapest thing . The reception was kind and helpful

It was cool. The room was cool.

The first room we stayed in had a weird smell so we asked to be moved, unfortunately I forgot my medication in the room and when I ask if it was found during cleaning I was told they would text me when they heard from house cleaning, I was never contacted.

My family and I only stayed overnight but the hotel was excellent!

The customer service was excellent. They were able to upgrade me to a villa. 10 stars
