Our stay was excellent, every staff member was kind and helpful. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. In a very good location, walked to and from State Farm Arena!

There were a few things we did not like. If we stayed here again, we would bring pillows. While the beds themselves were nice, the pillows became bricks after the initial air pocket came out of them. The valet service seemed pointless. My van was literally 10 or 15 feet from the front door. Why do I need to wait for someone to bring my van to me? Even the furthest parking space from the front door was about a 30 second walk. With that being said, we would be willing to stay here again if we went to Atlanta and our visit was planned around activities downtown (i.e. going to the aquarium or world of coke).

Breakfast could have included options for vegans or lactose intolerant, so non-dairy yogurt, non-dairy milk, and overnight oats. Otherwise, there was very little for some in our party to eat.

Everything was perfect and better than I thought, definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a good variety and a great location walking distance to lots of attractions. There was nothing we didn't like.

Good room, the parking I did not know was free so watch out for that

The room smelled like humid and mildew and the bed sheets felt damp from the humidity we turned on the air and it helped but was not the best

We stayed at the hotel for two nights during our trip. On the first night, we were assigned a room on the first floor, but the shower had very poor water pressure. The next day, we reported the issue and asked whether it could be fixed. The staff responded promptly and immediately moved us to a room on the fourth floor. The new room had no issues, and our stay was much more enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the staff's quick response and willingness to accommodate our needs.

The staff very friendly and professional made us feel very comfortable. But the room had a very strong smell, and the furniture had dirt spots everywhere. My daughter looked at the chair and moved away from it. I can’t believe how filthy it was the chair that is then when we walked in the bathroom, the floor was wet. Dinner breakfast I don’t know what’s going on with the breakfast. The eggs were gross and the sausage was undercooked. We’re still having an upset stomach since 11 something this morning and it’s now 1 AM. Now I like the location and the staff, but we gotta do better this was one of my favorite hotels to stay at, but now I’m second-guessing

Clean, good location, staff friendly and helpful, good variety for breakfast!

Breakfast was great. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable. The pillows were not great. Also, all of the ice machines were down. This is unacceptable. There were over 5 in the hotel and they were all out of order!

Great room. Clean and modern. Helpful staff. Nice location. Checked all the major boxes. Got a great price. Worth it!
