Staff was not helpful. Did not notify us of ‘every other day’ room cleaning policy. Skipped our room both days we were there. It was like pulling teeth requesting new towels.

The stay was good for what we needed. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We found the buffet lacking in options. Room was noisy with outside happening (sirens primarily)

The room was clean and uncomfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. The staff was super friendly unhelpful. It’s a great hotel if you want to be centrally located near the aquarium and the civil rights Museum, etc. It was a perfect stay it for us for our needs.

My stay here was fine. It seemed clean and the staff were nice. My toilet looked very damaged and it looked like it had mold growing in it potentialy. I also found it strange that housekeeping came in and changed my towels but did not make my bed.

Location was great, clean, front staff was very friendly. Valet staff, the main one, very rude and hard to work with. He told my husband he couldn’t get our car and we would have to walk down to get in “que”. There was no valet the night we checked in. My daughter had to use restroom. It apparently was an inconvenience to the guy working since he raised voice from across the room to move our car. Breakfast was not so great- very cheap and not good but not a deal breaker

We booked a 2 queen suite and were pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. The only issue was we were not provided enough towels for the number of people that could stay in the room and had to request more but they came up quickly so zero complaints. Our toilet was a tad bit finicky and didn’t really want to flush so that was definitely not super fun to deal with but overall. The price was average for Atlanta on a Saturday night, parking is a little high for not being covered and not in a super secure lot and there is a lot of parking near by if you don’t want to spend the money but it’s convenient so we pay. We will definitely stay here again

The room was fine, but the rest of the hotel is dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The elevators were even worse. The breakfast was very cheap, as the eggs and orange juice in particular weren't good at all. It's not worth the nearly $1,300 for the week that I paid for it, but it isn't totally bad either.

The free breakfast was yummy,. The staff was very warm and professional. Richard at the front desk treated us like family always kind,concerned, and genuine. Everyone who we we encounter working at the Hyatt House Downtown was professional and very nice I accidentally left behind items in a dresser drawer while packing to go home. They are looking into returning my items. The location was convenient and walkable to the Aquarium, Coco Cola Museum, Civil Rights Museum ,and restaurants. As wonderful as the people who worked at the Hyatt House Downtown location are, my only pet peeve was the amount of money parking was. I understand it comes at a premium because of the location but $55.00 daily is high. Our parking attendant was very nice and having our vehicle in a safe location was appreciated but we stayed multiple nights and that truly added up. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel needs work, all maintenance work is cheaply done, like the bathroom door locks are screwed in the wrong place the ac compartment falls off the wall. The sink faucet doesnt reach the sink so the water spills all over the counter.

. The breakfast was decent. It was pretty typical hotel breakfast food, although the eggs were really crumbly. The setting for breakfast was really nice, The noise from the street was bad. Other reviews, mentioned getting a room at a higher level. I'll try that if I go there again. Again, the staff was awesome..

Definitely one of my favorite hotels. We were stuck at another brand the night prior and it was horrible. Glad to have been back in a nice hotel again.

Fantastic experience and the staff were all so helpful

I was roomy I booked a bedroom with 2 queens for me and my best friend and when we got there I figured everything would be good got to the room it was 1 bed and pull out couch and so then t went to the front and then the guy at the front stated I don’t have any room but then said I do but I have to charge you more I was to tried and I just said what ever but In the first place I should not have been charged.
