Hyatt House Atlanta Downtown

Great stay during the World Cup! Close to the Stadium and plenty of good things to do at and around the property. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was super nice!

This place was all we needed it to be, walking distance to the Coke museum, the Aquarium, and to plenty of restaurants. We ended up getting in very late for check in when I called and explained our situation Angela was very understanding and helpful. Richard was also an amazing staff member who went above and beyond.

Room was clean, hotel was understaffed. I arrived at 8pm to check in and there was no one at the desk. I waited for 10 minutes for an employee. No one at the bar or front desk. The man arrived and was very nice, he was the only person on duty. No security to be seen. At breakfast a homeless man tried to get in, took three security guards to get the situation under control which makes it even more alarming there were none to be seen in the lobby for evening check in. Will not return due to not feeling safe.

Basic hotel breakfast. Good timeframe 6:30-9:30. No rushing necessary.

Everything was perfect, room clean, daily breakfast, amenities, staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager, Richard is definetely A++, he makes sure and goes above and beyond so that the clients feel welcome and that all expectations are met @Hyatt Atlanta Downtown .

Great location, clean, friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom. No lock on the door and there were holes in the door where the locks should have been.

Both the room (suite) and lobby areas were excellent. Breakfast was really good.

Great location for our needs. One elevator was not working which caused minor delays.

Everything was perfect only thing I will say is bring your own toothpaste no biggie at all though like I said everything was perfect.

Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious and they had oat milk, which I appreciate very much. On the bad side the pool was closed even though they told us it was available. Other than that I was very satisfied with my stay

We stayed during the World Cup, although we were not there for that. It was very busy. The check in process was smooth and fast. Our room fit our needs perfectly. Bed was just right, a/c was cold (good) and the room was well stocked. The aquarium was an easy walk as were the other attractions we were there to see. The breakfast was very good. I think the amount of people they were feeding was more than they were used to but they kept all the food pretty well stocked and the dining area was clean. Our stay was quiet, seldom heard any noises from other guests. Check out was super easy. Getting Uber drivers and Door Dash delivered was easy as well. Would stay again.
