Upon arrival, we noticed the couch cushions didn’t fit properly. After trying to correct this, we realized the cushion was falling apart. The floor was dirty and we realized this after we got dirty feet from walking in the room. Glasses at the fridge and microwave area were dirty when we checked in.

Staff was excellent, did everything to make our stay pleasurable. Upon arrival my room was not ready. I had to go to my son's room until mine was ready. The young man at the desk was very apologetic and did the best he could to get it expedited. He checked with me each time he saw me to make sure I was pleased.

There were issues with trash in front of guest rooms in the hall way and the cleaning staff only came to the room every other day. Once they did come into our room they only made one bed and didn't leave enough towels. I assume it was because my son had brought his own pillow but I have no idea. It just wasn't would I would expect in a major city prime location like that. I had just come from a visit in Charlotte. The hotel we stayed at in Charlotte was what I would define as equal price and expected quality and was light years ahead in quality and service and general feel.

The room was surprisingly lovely, and the staff was kind and helpful. But I guess I did not do my research on the mandatory $55 a night for parking - and there's not anywhere else to park. Would just add that money to my budget and stay at a nicer place next time.

No sirve ma que un elevador, cuarto maltratado puertas rotas cortinas que no suben

Other than that, it is like a suite, if you have kids and need more space, it is a good option.

Good hotel
-
Amenities are best part - I have kids and always need something heated or cooked at weird hours Gym is nice and pool itself is good. Self service laundry is very useful Negative points for pool towels - they are more like napkins. Breakfast is just so so. Could have been much tastier and more variety.

The entire stay was amazing starting from checkin to checkout.

Everything was good. I thought I read there was an omelette station but maybe I missed it

One of the two elevators in the building was not working at all creating wait times to go up and down from the lobby to our rooms. On our first night the air conditioning unit was making such loud and terrible screeching noises that we could not sleep and had to change rooms in the middle of the night meaning we could no longer be on the same floor as the rest of our family. The entire hotel was gross in general, dirty carpets that had not been vacuumed, every surface was covered in fingerprints and had not been wiped down, tile floors in common areas were filthy and sticky. Housekeeping did not service our room at all during our stay, we needed to go to the front desk to get our own clean towels to shower with and the rest piled up in the bathroom during our stay. Terrible experience, we will not be returning. There are so many other hotel options within a few blocks. We stayed at the Hard Rock (now Moxy) last time we were in town and really enjoyed it.

I didn't like that there was no water to drink in the rooms nor dispensers, they put only one when breakfast was there
-
Great location. One of the elevators was out of service though, so a but if wait to get in and out of the room

This Hyatt house needs some renovation. The inside of rooms didn’t have a great smell and the decor and furniture looks cheap! I’ve stayed at other Hyatt Houses and the decor was much better and updated. I also hate the $55 valet parking. That’s ridiculous! The breakfast was decent, but also looks like cutting corners. The potatoes were plain and dry and the French toast is just bread cut into strips. The coffee was good and toppings and condiments for breakfast were plentiful. For out of town guest that may have had a flight delay and arrived late, the breakfast could be extended a bit longer. The pool area looks better in the picture- there’s a burned out building across the street and it’s just not a great ambience. This Hyatt House looks like it was a previous Motel 6 or Holiday Inn and they slapped Hyatt House name brand on it and updated some components. I’ve been pleased with Hyatt House stays in California, so I expected more of this one. With a few new decor updates to rooms, this hotel could be better! Like, the couch and furniture looks like college dorm rooms. It’s also downtown, so on weekdays, you can hear all the a.m traffic and everything going on outside. Also, since there’s hardly any food late night near they could benefit with a room service menu. Overall, decent stay but hotel needs updates and more amenities for the location. I like that the beds are in a separate room and that there’s 2 tvs.

Great stay during the World Cup! Close to the Stadium and plenty of good things to do at and around the property. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was super nice!

This place was all we needed it to be, walking distance to the Coke museum, the Aquarium, and to plenty of restaurants. We ended up getting in very late for check in when I called and explained our situation Angela was very understanding and helpful. Richard was also an amazing staff member who went above and beyond.
