Wonderful staff, great location

The breakfast was lackluster.

The Hyatt house staff were wonderful with great help Dad. They have went as far to lend me a wheelchair so I can go to the aquarium. Breakfast was very well prepared. It was great. I enjoyed my stay there and I will come back again every time.

Everything was perfect. Hotel was close to the Aquarium and stadium. Employees attentive and helpful. Overall a very nice place to stay when visiting the Aquarium, the Mercedes stadium or just hanging in Atlanta. N/A

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, they gave us a room with one king. I showed them the email with our booking, but they said that’s all they had available and that we could get a refund and find another hotel if we wanted. We were tired and ended up staying, but it wasn’t the room we booked. After a long day of moving my son into college, looking for another hotel was the last thing I wanted to do.

It was very clean and nice. Don't like the mandatory $55 Valet parking

Good stay, clean and comfortable. Hotel is downtown so not a great area, but close to many attractions in Atlanta.

Again...great hotel and staff, rooms, lobby, pool area were all clean. No issues getting in and out. Just eat elsewhere haha.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and the proximity to excellent events in downtown. While we appreciated the professionalism of the Valet parking attendants and the safety for our vehicle, we did not like the unexpected $50.00 per night charge for valet parking. The Elevator did stop working for about an hour. Otherwise, it was an excellent trip and we will definitely stay at this location again.

How spacious the rooms were, the pool the location walking distance to a lot ! All of the staff were amazing! From Mr.Mus and Do the valet staff to Richard the front desk Guy he should be a trainer for all staff! I call him the GM lol! The cleaning staff Mr.B was very nice and helpful with the pool and towels. The breakfast was not very good but the effort was there! The Breakfast was slightly disappointing. The liquid eggs or (powered eggs) were not appealing or desirable. There were no other meat options (Canadian bacon) no pancakes or waffles the fruit was as fresh as it could be and the potatoes and toast were ok. Boiled eggs were too cold

Check in is at 3, we arrived well after 4 and was told the room wasnt ready for us to wait 30-60 minutes. I told them it was unacceptable and was informed that was all they could do as the hotel was sold out. A large group didnt leave until 12 and they were behind but I could upgrade for 10.00. It's sold out but I can upgrade?. No empathy just sorry, thats how it is.

Exceptional

Location I did not get the room that was booked and paid for. Was told I’ll receive a refund but never did. Son had to sleep on the floor

Carpet smells terrible, the rubber for the shower ripped; pillows bad smell, washing soap cheap, not smelling clean, parking charges for customers must be free is too expensive, and must be included in room stay i do not recommended
