Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

The Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park was an excellent place to stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel is well maintained, and you can’t beat the location—it’s perfect for walking to State Farm Arena and other downtown attractions. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving it was somewhat confusing to check in at the South Tower and our room was in the North Tower. The $70 a day parking was a bummer. I understand though, as free hotel parking in congested downtown Atlanta is not possible. Now the good stuff. The staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Our park view was very nice! The water pressure and hot water were amazing. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were uncomfortable. The AC was not cooling well. A call was made to front desk. A technician arrived in less than 30 minutes. He remedied the issue quickly. 😁 The pool located on the roof was fair. Basically for cooling off. 4 Ft. depth. The sports bar and coffee shop in hotel were nice. Prices were reasonable. Overall an above average stay. Would recommend and stay again. Great location next to State Farm Arena! We walked to see Lionel Richie/Earth Wind and Fire! A fun birthday weekend getaway! 🎉

Amazing hotel.

This was a great hotel in a great location

The check in staff was great. Room nice except the toilet ran all night. Room service wasnt the best. Food cold,bland missing items. Reported it and took them to check out to call back. A complete waste of 80 dollars for food.

Everything is just perfect

The staff is the most courteous, friendliest and efficient hotel staff ever and I have been in many in my travels. Whatever you are doing keep it up. Now I’m curious if the Omni at the Battery will be at par with this one in Centennial Park.

Staff was amazing! Made everything very easy. It was my kids first time staying in a hotel and they were blown away. Great views of the park and the ferris wheel. Clean and spacious room.

There’s was a bit of an issue with our room when checking in but the staff/manager fixed it quickly and made everything such a smooth process. Very clean and well maintained.

The decor of this hotel is outstanding, a very central spot which secures an arm length distance if visiting the State Farm Arena. Checking in should have been more expedient.

The property was fantastic.

We loved our rooms, the location was perfect, the coffee shop was amazing, and the staff was helpful and polite!

Great staff location and hotel

Clean room. Spacious. Only issue was the two rooms wasn't connected even though I called and was told it was.

My stay at the Omni Atlanta was almost perfect! The only issue I had was that the television was not supported by Chromecast. I could not watch any of my streaming apps even though the television touted that I would be able to connect to the Chromecast.

Everything was nice at the Omni and I will stay there again. The only issue I had was not knowing about the Valet parking only. That was unexpected expenses that I hadn't put into my budget.

The pool area is very nice

A wonderful trip here with my dad. Great location for exploring the area and going to a game.
