The hotel itself is very good but they charged $300 for incidentals which doubled the price of the room. It has been over a week since we left and the 'incidentals' -which we assumed, as with other hotels, was in case of damage or anything being charged to the room - have not been returned. The sink in the rooms on was damaged on arrival which we reported. We caused no damage nor made any charge to the room but despite 2 messages sent (which have been ignored) we are still awaiting the return of the money. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip and have had no issues with other money being returned. Just be aware that the price quoted and agreed nay not be the price you end up paying!

We had a great time. The staff were great. It isn't safe to go out at night. Go out with multiple people not alone. You can door dash also. Food came very fast

The property was in the perfect location.

Parking is not available in the area and to park valet is will cost you 3 nights was 165.00 breakfast was not included and cost a extra 20 dollars which I didn’t find appealing and my room was not cleaned past the one day that I asked for it not to be the valet staff was nice expect one guy that always had a attitude and was rude I only spoke to the guest service when I checked in and the you man was very pleasant

I didn't like the daily valet fee with limited parking options.

I like the proximity to restaurants and attractions. The hotel seemed to be upscale, they just had a few maintenance problems in my room. The faucet was coming out of the sink when used, there was hair in the bathroom and in the floor in the room, and the platform beds were uncomfortable. It was a conference in town so I'm sure the rooms were being cleaned hastily. I shared my concerns with the front desk and she gave me points on my Marriott Rewards.

I have never experienced a check-in like this one! The rudest employee. Thankfully Tad was helpful and tried to make things right when I shared my experience with him. Overall, staff was unapproachable and unhelpful. Not polite. Except for Tad
