I love this hotel it was clean, I love that they didn’t have a carpet in the room. The room was big and bathroom too. I didn’t see any dust going up in the air when my kids were jumping on the bed unlike the previous hotel we move from to stay at AC hotel. Going forward this is going to be one of my favorite hotels I will book. I love everything about this hotel.

Great location for the stadium and the Fifa fan fest. Relatively quiet as well

I've stayed here twice now. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped and the staff are great (especially the front desk and the breakfast staff). They're friendly and very willing and quick to help. Housekeeping was mostly good though for some reason on one day they only did a partial cleaning (e.g., coffee supplies were not replaced, bed was not made). The location is just a few minutes from Centennial Park and there are a number of restaurants in walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel if staying downtown.

The room was pretty basic and the air conditioning made everything in the room feel damp. Overall, it was fine for a 2 night stay for an event.

The location was excellent for the Tabernacle. Kids trying to enter without key, which can impact guest safety level for safety and comfort.

Love the outdoor pation/covered couch area. Lounge/bar area was great! Beds were hard. Bathrooms with sliding door were a little awkward and less private than a regular door.

It is centrally located to walk to the Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum.

Exceptional location for sports’ matches and concerts. Nothing really.

The property was really nice. And the location was great. The property itself was great. It was just housekeeping I had a problem with.

Daily cleaning and great location. No parking and high valet parking cost. It was 55 a day to park on top of tiping the valet every time we left the hotel.
