The hotel was beautiful, the rooms very nice. The people were friendly and very helpful.

This was a 10 out of 10 stay the hotel is beautiful. The staff is wonderful, friendly literally a five star all the way around even though I would like for the room to have a fridge and microwave, but without that it still was a wonderful stay there’s no complaints.

The rooms are nice and clean, smell nice. The bathrooms are big and roomy. The lobby and common areas are well kept. Valet is super nice as well. You are right in the middle of everything. The only downfall is there is no where to take your pets to the bathroom if you're traveling with them.

Our room was clean with a great view of downtown. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were in excellent condition. No smells. The only negative I have is that the lighting is not great for applying makeup. The room has a very ambient look with the lighting, which could be good for some people, but if you’re trying to apply makeup it’s challenging even in the bathroom. So you may want to bring some personal mirror that has a light in it.

The room was clean upon arrival but not so cool. We had to call for more bed linens and the staff delivered instantly! The breakfast was great. Overall the appearance was very nice and inviting!

No microwave or refrigerator; parking fee is $60 per night.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean nicely decorated. The valet parking was so convenient.

The hotel offers valet parking for guests only. There was little to no transparency about the fees before arrival, and there were no convenient self-parking options available nearby. But what really concerned me was the professionalism of the staff. When I asked the valet attendant where my vehicle would be parked, he responded that he didn’t know and then asked me why. I found that response incredibly unprofessional and concerning. As a guest trusting the hotel with my vehicle, it’s completely reasonable to want to know where it’s being stored. Instead of providing reassurance, his response made the entire experience feel sketchy and left me with very little confidence that my car was being handled properly. Because of that interaction, I chose not to stay. For that reason, I can’t comment on the rooms, amenities, or the overall stay. However, based on my experience before even checking in, I was not comfortable continuing with the reservation.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms and staff were absolutely spectacular.

Fantastic experience. The only downfall was I thought breakfast was included with stay. It was not. It was a full restaurant to purchase breakfast.

Staff were pleasant, rooms were cleaned each day during my stay. Valet parking was $60 a night, however, one of the staff members told me about a parking garage nearby on Ted Turner Drive which had affordable rates.

The staff was friendly and when I asked for extra blankets, they provided them immediately. Great experience. Pricing was also great.
