The glass staircase was not excepted and the window view but the bedrooms and bed was excellent

In the busyness of the fast moving Atl, it was a pleasure to be in a place where we could actually rest. Thank you so much for all that the team did in making our stay a pleasant one.

Room was clean, main stairs closed off, so had to use two sets of elevators. Slippers couln't be provided even after a request. Properly air conditioned, feels nice inside after Atlanta's heat. Otherwise, it was OK.

The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I was genuinely happy during my stay and felt very comfortable throughout my visit. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again on my future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding place to stay.

Ordered room service breakfast 20 minutes later they tell me too many orders received so would be another hour. Elevator was iffy. Room was spacious and clean.

Awesome hotel in the heart of downtown. Came in town for World Cup games and was extremely well received at check-in. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The location was walking distance from cool attractions restaurants and the stadium. Would recommend without reservation!

Great location! Nice rooms! A couple of things: our room did not have a refrigerator, and the coffee maker was dirty, so we couldn't use it. Also, the pillows we massive; kind of hard to sleep with/get comfortable neck action, but oh well. The mattresses were comfy
