extremely friendly staff! room was clean but not spotless. for what we paid i expected more. the door was very hard to shut and VERY loud. but location was great. did not use pool. workout room was closed. breakfast was $$$$$$$$ so we skipped

Stayed at the hotel for the World Cup. Amazing location and very friendly staff. And prices were very reasonable for such a central location. Overnight parking was expensive but that’s expected in a downtown hotel.

Everything was okay other than the parking rate and the plumbing

Valet parking was expensive so I went to a parking lot, but other than that it was good experience.

The history of the property is really interesting and I felt like it represented the best in America, I felt some pride in staying there and supporting their mission. The staff was genuinely nice, friendly, helpful, personable, low key, and accessible. The air con works and there is ice water always available. Very central. The Waffle House, Centennial park, MB Stadium and Starbucks are all nearby. The botanical garden is well worth the Uber.

Tricky to pull into but they valet and it’s totally worth it. The entire hotel is dripping with details that make you feel like Jackie O designed it herself. The room is a bit small but has updated amenities. All we need is a place to lay our head anyways.

Walkable to the Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola. Beautiful view of the city. Pool was very clean.
