Our itinerary stated a 3:00 check-in and the front desk person insisted it was 4:00. Offered to downgrade our king room to a queen so we could check in at 3:00.

Came in town for a concert. Great proximity to the Mercedes Benz stadium for walking. $60 valet but that’s standard in the city and room rates were great so made it beneficial to be that close to the stadium. Helpful staff !

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially on check in and at the restaurant where we had an excellent server named Mayila The food was great and not particularly expensive. They also offered a free wine and food selection at tea time a great touch I thought. The room was a good size and the bed extremely comfy. I look forward to staying there again

Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Loved the black out curtains. Fantastic location truly!

We didn’t have breakfast there or used the pool or the gym. The rating is a 4.5*, but I would only rate it a 3*

Great affordable place to stay. The staff was helpful, only gave them four stars because it was initially very difficult to get them over the phone and felt as though the female representative had a slight attitude. The elevator needs to be upgraded and every customer I went in with complained that it was too hot. My room was great and housekeeping came every day to clean. Overall great stay.

It was our 1 year anniversary and the staff handled us so wonderfully. Specifically Alisha Renee she got us a wonderful room with service provided recommended. Definitely will return soon she made our experience pleasurable.

There was a continuous buzzing noise the entire stay. Also whenever I called the front desk no one ever answered.
