Chosen primarily for its Downtown location and it couldn't have been better placed for attractions & restaurants Good sized room, clean & comfortable. Outdoor pool in the city centre is a plus. Valet parking is expensive but it is the same everywhere

It was within walking distant of restaurants. Charging for each time you needed your car to travel somewhere. I was charged twice for valet parking. TV had a line through it.

There is an unknown smoke smell which staff said its due to the hotel being old. I do believe the valet should be more cost affective or competitive with surrounding hotels and parking garages. Although I had to change rooms 3xs due to room inconsistencies I would give the hotel another try if they can improve the AC issue and actually upgrade some of the units. I did enjoy the comp charcuterie board but to see industrial fans blowing in the lobby was just a major turn off. I ended my trip early due to my discomfort and was advised I should stay because they I was leaving after check-out I still left!

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We got a room upgrade for my birthday and were allowed to enter the room early. Everything was amazing!

I learned that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. The front desk lady worker and lady supervisor have great personalities.

It was close to everything nice restaurants all around plenty of places to visit

Nothing at all besides the bed being comfy and the woman who checked us in. Everything, the location was horrible, we needed to pay for parking which is not stated on the website on top of the fact that nowhere does it state that we were going to be charged $100 for incidentals. This place is a huge inconvenience.
