Very clean rooms, great breakfast. Vanessa kept the buffet clean and as stocked as she could with the amount of people who came in all at once. Before and after the rush there was plenty for everyone. The food was hot and so was the coffee. The other staff were very attentive and helpful. Even the stewards maintaining the cleanliness were helpful. I had my hands full and they helped with the elevator. Great job making me feel at home!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

I was overcharged due to the systems being down when I checked in. And, even though room service was supposed to happen every other day, I never received room service during my 4-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in a corner room. Plenty of space, and easy open-air parking (on a weekday anyway) for our campervan. Breakfast was decent, location is awesome, and price was fair.

They didn't let us check in even though booking Com did update the reservation Didn't let us check in at 2 am

Hotel staff were always friendly, ready to help and courteous. Parking can be tricky sometimes but staff were always polite and helpful to find alternatives. They deserved no less than 5 stars.

We only stayed one night but the staff was great. Our TV did not work in our room. when we told them, they upgraded us to a suite. They were very nice about it. Great location and clean. We will stay again.

About an hour later, I came back to find my car had been booted. This could have been completely avoided if the front desk had given me all the necessary parking information during check-in. It’s frustrating to be charged for parking and still end up with a boot because of something the hotel failed to communicate. I understand that parking policies exist, but it’s the hotel’s responsibility to clearly explain them to guests. I expected much better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience put a major damper on my stay.

Friendly employees, early check-in was allowed for my situation, clean rooms and quiet environment allowing me to work from the comfort of my room.

From the cleanliness of the property to the excellent customer service, along with the delicious continental breakfast, everything was amazing!

The cleanliness and staff was everything. They were very pleasant. The location was perfect.

Close to everything friendly staff Had very little breakfast left at 8:45 and it was to end at 9:30.
