Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Downtown

About an hour later, I came back to find my car had been booted. This could have been completely avoided if the front desk had given me all the necessary parking information during check-in. It’s frustrating to be charged for parking and still end up with a boot because of something the hotel failed to communicate. I understand that parking policies exist, but it’s the hotel’s responsibility to clearly explain them to guests. I expected much better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience put a major damper on my stay.

Friendly employees, early check-in was allowed for my situation, clean rooms and quiet environment allowing me to work from the comfort of my room.

From the cleanliness of the property to the excellent customer service, along with the delicious continental breakfast, everything was amazing!

So, I specifically thought I booked the Hampton Inn right next to the Georgia Tech Hotel. Turns out I was in the one about 2-3 miles down the street. Not truly walkable. I was able to get Uber rides on my own.

This was a decent place to stay for the price since it was walking distance to the arena. It needs some love, though. There were a lot of crumbs in the crevices of the chair, and it just looked a little dirty. There were some stains on the carpet. I always check the mattress before I unpack, so I noticed some stains and random hairs. The hairdryer was in a bag, and there were two wet, dirty towels stuffed in there, so that was gross. The front office staff was very kind. I told them about the dirty towels, and they comped the $35 parking fee, which is also something that makes it less desirable, but at least it had parking. Would I stay here again? No.

The room was clean and spacious but the A/C was not the best. The breakfast needs some attention in terms of supply of items. At 9am some items were out; yogurt, juice, coffee, sausage, potatoes. Waited for refill of items more than 10 mins. Location and parking very good!

This will be my go to spot the staff were very accommodating! The room was clean comfortable and spacious, it was quite safe, the breakfast had many options and the parking was so stress free! Thank you!

Had an amazing stay. Staff was friendly, check-in was smooth. Our hotel stay was for a concert and I will stay here again for my next concert.

American breakfast type with different type of eggs and toppings each day. It provides soap, shampoo, conditioner so you don’t have to bring ones. Also provides free coffee, tea, and lemonade in the reception. However, I hope they refill the lemonade even at night and especially during summer because they didn’t do it when I got back to hotel exhausted and thirsty after watching world cup. Very clean and comfy bedroom with lots of TV channels, but some of them didn’t work. There’s a multifunction charging station near the bed. I love it!! Overall, thank you! It was a wonderful experience and would like to stay again.

Upon arrival to the room there were no bed sheet on the bed and the room was dirty. They moved us another room and that room the tv had no signal on any channel and the toilet would not flush. Also the room was dirty and there was food left in the fridge by the previous guest. This is definitely not what I expected from a Hilton.

Our room was big and nice. I liked that you had to have your room key to get in the building and for the elevators. They had ice machines and also had water and coffee at the front you could get. If you needed to buy something you could charge right to your room and the front desk was very cheerful and a pleasure. It was a guy and a girl and the guy was training but did a great job!

Once they switched our room, it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fresh and hot every morning and the breakfast staff was amazing!!! Overall stay was good!

Close to State Farm arena and more attractions. Away from all the noise. Nice place to stay.

The place was great. Centrally located in downtown Atlanta. Room was clean - good view of the Ferris wheel. Breakfast was your standard free hotel breakfast. Employees were great! We will be back.

Never heard from the staff about our episode or the condition of my friend. Much time from my business was lost with getting medical attention. The lack of concern was surprising to me based on the many stays with Hampton. First time ever I was dissatisfied with the bed. It was the hardest mattress I ever slept on. Two nights I slept on the couch. This stay was so off the norm, I don't want to discourage anyone from staying there. Everyone else seemed to be fine.
