The French toast sticks were fantastic! The person working the front desk was super nice. Rooms were not clean, area felt unsafe, but a block away felt much safer, needed clearer instructions about check in process and parking information. A ceiling tile fell out during breakfast and almost fell on my family.

The city view was nice The lights flickered in the bathroom, the mattress had minor stains and some areas of the carpet was missing, but it was a nice place to stay

Morning and night staff were very inviting, super friendly and informative! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast plentiful, cost is affordable and location within walking distance of the stadium.

It was fine. Location was convenient to the State Farm Arena and was only a 10-min walk or so. It is an older hotel and it shows, but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking is across the street and cheaper than the other lots nearby. It took a while for the hot water to fully kick in in the shower, which was my only real issue. Breakfast was great. Overall it was fine. Nothing super special but not a bad stay at all.

Location is great. Staff was nice. Our room had no view. Seriously, it looked out on a wall that was literally a few inches from the window.
