Helpful staff.
-
Very old building so has lots of problems
-
Staff were not very helpful at all. One of the receptionist was so rude and she wouldn't even hear our situation.
-
Had a flood in the bathroom the first night Staff changed our room but it caused a delay into our plans But overall staff was very helpful
-
Breakfast was decent. Hot food was very good but no fruit and ran out of milk/juice one day, which was a bit difficult since we had kids. Staff was very friendly and helped with any issues we had quickly and politely. Valet parking was a great option during the World Cup chaos and the valets were very helpful with directions as well.

However, our room was really not worth what we paid for it and the cost of valet parking is ridiculous! The bed was hard and small. As soon as you walked in the front room toward the bathroom, the smell of mildew was so overpowering, It was disgusting. The shower curtain and liner were both completely mildewed that it permeated the entire room. The faucet in the bathroom also constantly dripped and would not turn off. Additionally, the TV in the family room did not work. We did tell these things to the front desk and they said that they would fix them both and apologized for them. That was very nice, but we still ended up paying a lot of money for a room that was not worth it.

Location was perfect for were we needed to go (State Farm arena), it was in safe walking distance as well as uber accessible, very nice interior, clean and comfortable room, i didn’t get to try the breakfast. It was just a one night stay, the staff at the front desk were friendly and hospitable, my room was a corner room so when I walked in, it looked like a living room and kitchen with my room on the backside I thought that was very cute. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the space in the room. The valet parking was trash, 1-it was hard to find where to pull the car to for valet, 2-The valet staff was not very welcoming as far as seeing if we needed help, when I walked up, they did not even speak, 3-my friend has a tracker in her car and it showed that while her car was valet parked, they had moved it three times while we were at a concert, I tried to call The Hotel nobody answered the phone, I emailed the guy who was at the desk, He was of no help, 4-they seem very unorganized and unprofessional for such a beautiful hotel they need to do better! 5-when we got back to the hotel after the event that we went to we tried to stop and talk to the valet staff but I guess it was a different group that was there from earlier that day so they had no clue about what we were talking about nor did they try to figure out what had happened, 6-due to the fact that The Hotel was located in the heart of downtown, It was noisy outside my window, but that’s understandable. It was prom season as well, in my room, there was a beautiful mirrored sliding door on the closet, but one side was missing so I could not even close it but that was minor

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. William at the front desk was amazing! He answered our questions and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants within walking distance.
-
Cleanliness and location Everything was perfect

Definitely Returning! This location was comfortable and in a great spot for food.

In general, the hotel is very nice. Location, staff, facilities and amenities are all up to standard. The only thing I would like to raise is the shower water temperature. No matter how I adjust the switch, the water output is warm and cold and most of time it is very cold……it is a bit frustrated when you get off after a long day and expect for a hot shower to relax. Hope they could improve this better in future.

Fast chicken Not clean hair in the bathroom last person that was here and left icebox in the freezer with ice so that shows you that they do not check the refrigerator

Great stay

This is I=one of the nicest hotels that ive stayed. The only drawback was parking in downtown Atlanta. Parking downtown in Atlanta has always been an issue but they do have Valet for $50 per stay. Everyone was super nice and the breakfast was amazing. I have no complaints but you will have to pay $150 deposit and $50 valet when you get there so keep that in mind. Also, the suite was amazing with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom.
