Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, our room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Air conditioner unfortunately went out while we were staying so we had to leave and find a new hotel at 6 in the morning. Other than that. Good hotel. The lady in the front had a bit of an attitude about the ac but I understand she was probably also hot and frustrated with everyone calling her. The man at the front when we arrived was so so nice. Not a bad hotel. I don’t know if the air conditioner is a problem usually or just this once

Great location, lovely staff. Very helpful and allowed me to extend my check out.

Pros: The property was within walking distance of alot of restaraunts and the StateFarm Arena were we attended the WNBA game. Cons:The air went out throughout the entire Hotel at 10pm making it miserable to sleep and made it uncomfortable that night.

The air conditioning went out on the second day of our stay. The room went from 72 to 83 degrees. They couldn’t get it fixed and we spent one night without AC, luckily got it back by the third night. No refund, just “points”.

There was no AC. Our room temperature was 87 degrees for the a full day. Their excuse was that due to the storm the AC would be out for a few hours. In the end, it last for two days. No refunds were offered or given.

The front desk clerk, Tiana, was so sweet. She was soft spoken and got me extra covers and a pillow and 3 welcome snack bags. We requested an early check in and a late check out and were granted both. I will definitely stay again. The valet parking was a bit of a drag, nowhere to park to give them the vehicle and the female valet driver drove up on the curb scrubbing my passenger tire, she never acknowledged with an apology or anything, like it never happened. The guys were great though, very polite and showed mannerisms. Also, downtown was hectic. The roads were cut off and I had to figure my way around.. took an extra 20 mins to make it back. I don’t like the downtown area, but I love the hotel.

Excellent people to be around!

Nothing. The so-called manager DJ was very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to people if you’re going to work with customer service you need to have better customer service skills.. Housekeeping likes to go in your room and steal your things and when you tell DJ about it, he tells you he doesn’t care well you’re going to care. See you in court.

The room didn’t get cleaned until the 4th day and I had to asked them multiple times

Parking crazy

We had a suite on 10th floor, very quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to GSU and plenty of food establishments.

Besides the stained sheets, the hotel was nice. I’d stay again

well located hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast.

Location Parking

The hotel is very well located close to everything. The building is old but very clean, rooms with good space. The reception service is very friendly.
