Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and spacious. Valet service was quick and efficient. Stayed for Dragoncon and the hotel and staff seemed well prepared for the busy weekend. Definitely would stay again.

The staff was nice and the room , food was great. It was a lot of people around the outside. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. But overall the place was nice. Great location for someone that was visiting from out of town.

The property was in a great location. You can easily walk to stores,eateries and events. I did not like the fraudulent activity of the staff and being charged twice. They refused to refund even after the clerk Abi admitted to charging my card although they knew I had paid in advance. The manager of course sided with their employee and tried to fault Booking.

The location is perfect! Easy walk to the tabernacle! Everything was so small! The size of the elevator really freaked me out.

No parking, the site says it has parking but that is untrue.

The hotel overall was horrible, dirty and also had a sour smell. The hotel stuff was extremely rude. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
