Exceptional

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the space the room offers No parking, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Comfortable bed. Room was very large. Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. Asked for late checkout and was told the best they could do was 11:30 am. When another customer checking in same time as I was, was told 2:00pm was the latest they could do. Thought this was unfair.

Location is good Place is clean 1st and 2nd floor has small carpets but there wasn’t any available so we were in 5th , I am not usually all carpet hotel person , I am afrad that it might have a smell but this time wasn’t The breakfast is good and has many options The coffee machine working all day There is water matchine and that’s amazing and also there is Ice machine The gym is a bit small and has a smell The parking is $40 per day valet, a bit expensive

The hotel is good,check in and check out process we're easy and fast, breakfast wad good and the room was clean , the location is great and easy to move around, overall it was a nice experience

The staff were super friendly and professional. The valet service was fantastic and the facility was clean. My room was nice, clean and it had all of the amenities I needed for the trip. My room was very humid and sticky if I turned the temperature down, but I understand the hotel doesn't have control over the weather. The lobby/ check-in area should be remodeled and organized better. It is a little bit cramped and cluttery.

You may valet park $ 40.00 a day which is the same as the garage 2 blocks that I walked to 2 blocks to the garage down the street. I was not informed and I should have called the property prior to my visit. My past experience with this hotel chain, parking was provided .

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Good location out the way of traffic getting to and from hotel.

Very clean,great staff,great breakfast in the mornings. Very impressed! Had to pay for daily parking plus room rental. Just way more expensive.

Location An hour before check out, the staff repeatedly came to the door!!! Overly annoying

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was great. One complaint was the billing at the end when staff could not process a split payment for my bill. Another complaint was the awkward shape of my qeuun suite bathroom. The toilet space was too small and narrow. I had too small a space to sit comfortably on the toilet in Room 816 See above

Location was perfect, walking distance to the Aquarium, Coca Cola museum, The Olympic Park, and the Skyview wheel. Room was very clean, but had windows that were opaque and could not see outside, breakfast was really good. Parking was expensive at $40 USD per day, but it was valet parking at least. They charged me $50USD for early check in, which I thought it was very steep. But staff was very nice and helpful. I'd stay there again. Opaque windows, expensive parking fees.

I like that this hotel is close to everything I wanted to do.. the breakfast was good and hot. They have a decent size gym. Additionally the hotel room was clean no complaints

Hotel was great! The overnight valet was great for peace of mind, close walking distance to arena and other event venues, cozy beds and awesome breakfast! Great for a quick stay for peace of mind and doesn’t break the bank! Would stay here again
