Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Downtown

Our room was good, clean and properly prepared The staff were very rude. Never got my deposit back. Will not be staying here ever again. They all had a negative attitude and it was just us that received this behavior, multiple people were waiting to check; our check in was supposed to be a 3:00pm, we didn’t get into our room until after 4:30. Unprofessional and would’ve liked to talked to someone about this but it was just all in a rush.

I imformed I'll arrive in a morning. They reply they'll help me. After I arrive they told me I can check in at 1:00PM. When 1:00PM they told me check in time is 3:00PM. At check in time they told me they have difficult to contact plantfrom. After all people chedked in, it's my turen to check in after 4:00PM. Nobody say a sorry to it. It's unforgetalbe experience!

Rooms were great, beds comfortable and staff was all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a little overpriced for the quality The pricing was different as well as the information for the incidentals charged. When trying to get more information, the staff was short and didn’t provide proper information 3-4 times.

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return. We were there for Falcons and Panthers game. It was walking distance.

Location to train station. Valet parking. No coffee available besides Starbucks. Shower allowed water onto bathroom floor. Bed mattress worn out - sloped to one side. No light in entry area of room so dark around refrig, microwave, storage area & clothes closet. You had to walk into a dark room to turn on a lamp.

The location is perfect. It's near a MARTA stop and a short walk to the museum. Our room had a nice view of trees. Breakfast was bad. The bed was bad. The bed sank in and squeeky which I didn't expect from a Courtyard level hotel. Outside of the bathroom there was a nice long mirror which was a good idea but there was no lights in that section of the room to take advantage of the mirror. Strange design.
