Have stayed there before but was surprised how small the room was. It was double beds with the City view. Absolutely wonderful place but there should not be a hotel room this small anywhere. Location is amazing everything else top notch

I mentioned our anniversary and we were met with the restaurant telling us there was a concert in town so we wouldn’t be able to eat until after 8 but could try the bar. I had asked if we could reserve a little spot since we were arriving in an hour or so and they said no -- never mentioning the lounge which would have been an opportunity for excellent customer service. We ended up eating a serviceable but unremarkable meal at the bar while being ignored by not 1 but two bartenders. Drinks ordered never delivered even when repeated to second bartender. Apologies of being short staffed echoed to only us blah blah blah. Not horrendous but can’t imaging a scenario where we would return. Workout facilities were decent but the treadmill belt felt sticky so opted to walk instead.

Very nicely remodeled hotel more than 100 years old with great restaurant. Staff helpful. Missed us for maid service and made it right by us. Bath big but missing the simple towel bars and hooks, limited counter space for belongings in bedroom. Easy fixes for hotel to do. Quiet, felt safe to walk in evening.

Housekeeping staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and sophisticated. The door man is the most helpful chap and will help you with bags, taxis and finding your way anywhere you need to get to. Has a great sense of humour. Our stay was wonderful

I was in town for a concert at State Farm Arena. Great location (reasonable walking distance). The hotel is gorgeous, clean, and spacious! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect for this solo traveller!
