Room and location was great, only issue was the parking situation, took us over an hour to get valet service
-
Great stay. Nice area, lovely room
-
Friendly staff and nice quiet room.

It was great! Staff was nice and the valet was so efficient. Cleaned room while we were out and restocked us some water bottles. Close to Peachtree station too, which was incredibly convenient. Would recommend. :)

This was my second stay at Ellis since 2019 and the satff was just as professional and they were before, very helpful and accommodating 10 out of 10 for the staff. The room was a bit on the small side however it was clean and had a nice view of downtown Atlanta. My only gripe is the cleaning staff came aroud 10/10:30 in the morning, other than that I would stay there again because the price was reasonable and the hotel is centrally located to downown and all its attractions plus public transportation is right on the corner next to the hotel and across the street.

Great hotel, clean and quick access to elevators, which were fairly quick. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Elevator could be tricky since you need to use your card key to go to any floor, even lower ones if you are on a higher floor. This hotel could use a filtered water fountain in the lobby (the only one is in the fitness room on the 3rd floor). The room was decent and amenities were nice for a single person.

Stayed at the hotel because of its long history. My youngest daughter and I wanted to complete a small scale paranormal investigation. We brought a spirit chat box and open minds. 309 was VERY fruitful! 8th floor was recommended, received info that was very relevant to where we were at in the hotel. Wasn’t as much activity as we thought but the 3rd floor was fantastic. Parking is a challenge even with valet

Coffee maker in the room does not work properly

First, the good. The bed, bedding, and towels were excellent. Also, my room was very quiet, there's nothing negative I can say about noise or disturbance. I was on the 9th floor, single king, The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom. Many things were average. Reception was polite, but indifferent. I wasn't expecting much of a difference between the premium room and the deluxe, but from what I could tell, the premium didn't have anything "extra". (Maybe a higher floor or a few extra square feet, not sure. The bathroom had a small soap, and a hand lotion. The furniture was looking pretty worn, and the mini fridge was basically a thermos. The HVAC system for the entire property is clearly in need of an overhaul, The dampness and heat in the hallways and elevator were really bad, and the intake vent right above the door to my room had lots of visible black mold, Inside the room, I had to set the thermostat at 68, to even be moderately comfortable. Overall, it was just ok - I would say the 4 star rating is from it's earlier, more customer service focused days. If you're traveling for business and just need a basic clean place to sleep at night, it's fine.

This might be one of the best experiences that I've ever had in a hotel. I've been staying here for a work trip. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and the service from the team, particularly Troy, was exceptional! N/A

Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and did not hesitate to do whatever they could to insure our stay was excellent.
-
Chair in room was dirty and carpet was torn along bathroom threshold.
-
The staff was above and beyond professional-extremely nice. My hotel room was quiet. And it was walking distance from a trade show which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.
-
The facility needs to be updated, but the Staff had excellent customer service.
