When we entered the room, I was so disappointed with the size. The bathroom was tiny and had no vent fan which was weird. Paint was peeling on the door frames and there are stains on the hallway carpets. We also had a madly obscured view, right by the sundial elevator. I thought I paid for a premium view on the other side of the hotel so that was incredibly misleading. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room and stayed busy around Atlanta most of our trip, but I expected a bigger room, and a more updated feel. The hotel was built in 1976 and it shows. The staff though were awesome. The folks at the check in counters were very helpful. The service staff was great. The breakfast that we paid for as part of our package was also great and made up for the tiny room and bathrooms. The bed was also great and we'll be investing in our own pillows of the same brand because I generally slept better than I do at home while staying. Despite my gripe with the room size and view, our experience was overall very pleasant.

It was simply not our taste. too many people being rude not the staff, but the guest were just too much to deal with

Friendly and really quick check in

Everything was great, but I would just like to suggest a handle bar for the shower sliding door on the inside for easy entrance and exit. Also would recommend making sure the cleaners turn off the handheld shower as I was sprayed directly in my face when trying to shower.

I had to call the front desk to ask to get room clean a lot 3 times. We couldn’t figure out how to use elevator and didn’t have access to my sister’s floor b/c her room was on different level. Staff was inconsistent…some nice others not so much. Gyn wqs nice, but some machines didn’t work. I probably won’t stay there again!

I have never before been to a Hotel that had more expensive self parking, food, drink's, or $15 dollars extra a day to have the small fridge in the bedroom turned on!! The staff were all polite. But for the cost of the rooms I expected a fridge not an inoperable "Cooler" to store a few drinks so i did not have to go buy things at the over priced bar. The food? Horrible. The Parking? Horrible. $50 a day to park at the place you sleep. I almost could not leave because 2 cars made their own parking spot leaving me inches on either side to leave. Had to have a person on either side guide be out. I will NEVER be back and I doubt I will ever return to a place with "The Westin" in the name because that is all your paying for. A name not a quality place for a vacation stay.

Beds aren’t the most comfortable and some parts of the room could’ve used some better cleaning (particularly between the bed and the windows) and mattresses need cleaned with some bleach from time to time to get rid of staining. Other than that it’s a great hotel and great location. Restaurant is expensive but the accessibility to everything is worth it.
