The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta

Clean room and great staff.

Room was in poor condition. Broken window shades, shower was moldy and bottles were broken off the wall. Several outlets didn’t work. Housekeeping left cleaning products in the room and I found the carpet dishes by the window upon leaving which explains the musty smell. Frankly, I am appalled as I have been a Bonvoy member for years and Westin was always top notch. Very disappointing.

Rooms are in need of a serious upgrade. A valet fee of $65 per night is ridiculous especially when you have to wait 30-45 minutes for valet to bring car.

Excellent property with excellent staff. The customer service was extraordinary. Staff were available and exceeded expectations to meet the needs of my wife and I. I would recommend this facility to all others that desire an exceptional hotel with excellent staff. Please check out the breakfast buffet for exceptional omelet's as well as the Sun Dial Restaurant for its awesome meals and drinks and the excellent views of the Atlanta city skylines.

Everything was great

Great location for sports events or concerts at the Mercedez Stadium.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a great stay. I also loved the convenience of having restaurants and other amenities right in the hotel. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make my birthday weekend so special!

Room was clean,, staff was great and breakfast was excellent.

Great stay on the 64th floor, Little scary that high but it was an amazing stay nonetheless. Property is very nice and well maintained in common areas, room was showing signs of age a bit in bathroom but nothing that ruined the stay. All staff were incredibly helpful for information about the property or nearby attractions.

Awesome place

It was a fine place to stay, great location and comfortable bed. Rooms are a bit tight and could use some updating. Hotel lot was full by the time we got there but other non-westin parking available close by. Didn’t do the breakfast as it was $36/adult - we went to nearby restaurants instead. Pool is nice, but not lit at night, still fun for the kids but unexpected. In-hotel Starbucks was a nice amenity. Rooms felt clean but we were across from a service elevator where a room service tray didn’t move for over 24 hours and plenty of staff walking by.

Valet parking was very, very slow. It was horrible. The elevators was worse would not recommend the Westin in downtown Atlanta
