Hotel was clean, quiet, and very well kept. Staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We brought our dog and the only time we knew there was another dog next door was when we ran into them in the hall. Parking in ATL sucks, but they have valet. We missed that detail and had already parked but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

I got the roll in shower and the shower gel. Shampoo and conditioner were very high up and difficult to reach. Same with the sink with the hand, cream and soap.

Convenient walk to many downtown destinations and local/regional transit.

The room was ok the desk chairs arms were worn and torn the toilet set was broken the door wouldn't close properly otherwise I enjoyed my stay

We were traveling with a service dog they where having a test with their fire sirens and they made sure we got out of the building before this happened so it didn’t scare her or send her into protection mode this place is great!! We will be back to stay

From the valet at arrival to check in and check out all the staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready to go in the morning. Not just a waffle machine and coffee.

The price was insane

Location was perfect. The facilities were a little out dated and the elevator was an "antique"

Property was conveniently located for the Aquarium and the Coke a Cola museum. A/C didn’t work properly, set the thermostat to 68 degrees but the room never got below 74 degrees. Hotel didn’t have another room compared to what we paid for and could only offer us a fan or to contact a sister property. No hot water for showers. Room was not up to standard and the pictures are beyond deceptive.

Location to other attractions around within walking distance. A couple of our hand towels had hair on them when we inspected the room.

Very helpful front desk. Convenient to Mercedez benz

Everything was great. The valet parking by Ramone was the high light. He was great. The only issue was some delays on breakfast but they were busy and quickly replenished the eggs and bacon.

Great Stay!! Super close to a lot of the concert venues and the staff was amazing!

Rooms very comfortable beds nice very comfortable nice kitchenette with everything you need. bathrooms very spacious, Staff is very friendly ,closer to everything will definitely stay again

Peaceful environment. Breakfast items are freshly prepared and taste great. I wish breakfast could be served until 10 am atleast but it’s not really a big deal The 3rd elevator to your right doesn’t seem safe at all the squeaky sound it makes it needs maintenance
