Absolutely love this hotel and have had a great experience every time!

They spoke very quickly, quietly, and with poor English, and when asked to repeat themselves, they would say everything again exactly as they previously said it. In fact, some of the staff would get visibly and audibly agitated and annoyed at my inability to understand them. I was born less than a hundred miles from here—I’m not the problem to be getting angry at. Secondly, I understand the staff is not responsible for hoodlumism of the locals, however, it does become the fault of the staff when they allow locals to use the front entry, valet, and parking areas as a hangout spot. Allowing gatherings in the areas I am paying for access is unacceptable when they’re blasting loud music, fiddling with their cars, cussing and shouting. Thirdly, I am not too keen on the valet requiring pickup from the underground lobby, especially when I dropped it off at the front, and when the front valet/parking is being abused as a hangout. Also, I was not told of this until I got all of our belongings and to the front. Lastly, if the kitchen closes an hour before their stated closing, you should say that. I will find alternative accommodations elsewhere should I return to the area.

The hotel was amazing itself, me and my wife booked a king room with the balcony city view, I really have no complaints, other than I wish the room gave the same energy as the hotel itself! The hotel was really nice and amazing, and great staff, I just wish they would’ve done more to the room especially on the higher floor!

Wonderful place to stay. So close to many attractions. Most in walking distance. This hotel is connected to a liitle complex that has a variety of places to eat also a cvs and a great chicken resturant.

Front staff were excellent and so kind. Break was solid. The balcony on the room was a pleasant surprise. Good location. Great stay and would stay again.
