The only downsides for me were the lack of a microwave in the room and the expensive parking. I ended up parking in another building because the hotel’s parking was extremely expensive, which was inconvenient and made it difficult to use my own car during my stay.

The Hyatt Regency had some amazing employees from front desk staff to the valet staff everyone was very helpful and very attentive. Valerie opened my doors helped me with my bags without any questions.

The first room the cover for the key card was broken, the electrical plug on the desk was broken, the panel in the bathroom was broken. Do not stay in room 426

Several dining options in house. Connected to Peachtree center by a short tunnel - many fast food dining options. Good stay all around.

We had a great experience! We got a generous upgrade to a king room with more square footage! The room was beautiful and provided us with a generous amount of towels and wash cloths (more than typical hotels :). The hallways on our floor had a little bit of an unusual smell and one of the elevators was down causing a line at times. The back exit through the pool made it really easy for us to access parking behind the building and the staff was super friendly and informative.
